True, very true, though it's sad that we hate by nature, and that we had to learn to love.
I don't think it's wrong to dislike an individual, or even to respectfully voice your opinion, just, not cool to dislike a group. Because every individual is different.

You're pretty interesting to talk with. I'm not normally this intellectual, because I have no reason to be, I sound stupid or mommyish.
It's fun to speak with those who challenge my brain cells :D (Not saying I'm smart, just that I don't often meet people who operate on the same wavelength)

Good response, thats great. But consider that if we hadn't gone through generations of hating the minority, our open minds wouldn't be here today. But I agree, this is the generation when I'm hoping we will all open our minds to a bigger purpose than being the same as each other. Even if I dislike someone for a certain core part of their personality, if they are nice to me I will accept them and try to keep my dislike to myself. Although keeping that in is pretty hard. I try my best :)

You're right. But in a way I'm saying what you're saying in fewer words, I believe that homophobia, racism, the hatred of anything you don't understand, the fact that it even exists is wrong. It should never have come about. I'm not saying each individual person is a bad human being, I'm saying the very idea, the prejudice itself, is wrong. It shouldn't be there, people should practice what they preach and stop judging so quickly and so harshly.

Maybe I sound stupid, hey, maybe I am just a little bit, but it's my belief, and I respect yours. I just don't think people should go around hating entire groups for the loud negative reflections of them. People should just look at each other as equals. I am no better, no worse, than anyone else.

Oh and I wanted to say this, since my sig didn't project the message clear enough:
Homophobia is as deeply ingrained as racism, which is part of human development, getting over prejudices,
Homophobia is misguided. People get taught wrong things, sometimes they're just ignorant.
But as I'm thinking you're trying to say is that preventing humans their basic rights because of your own prejudices is wrong, which is fine. Just wanted to clear that up.
