Stuart: A Life Backwards
This is the story of Stuart Clive Short, a homeless alcoholic drug-user who meets Alexander Masters, a middle class writer, by chance. Soon, the two spark up an unlikely friendship and Masters begins, with Stuart's permission, to write his story. He calls it 'Stuart: a Life Backwards.' Stuart is dead before the book is finished, and long before the film is made.
