I remember the first day of kindergarten. My teacher asked me the infamous question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" I thought long and hard about the answer to that question, and I replied, "A storyteller." For as long as I can remember, I've been interested in creating stories of my own. When I found out what writing was, I realized that I should have told my kindergarten teacher that I wanted to be "A writer." As a writer, I can say that there is no greater feeling than knowing that your work is being read and enjoyed. As this site grows, so too will its ability to help young writers.
