My favorite AC/DC album is probably [i]High Voltage[/i], but I like almost everyone of their records. Have you heard [i]Ride On[/i]? That's honestly one of my favorite songs. I'm actually listening to the whole of [i]Powerage[/i] as I type this.

My favorite Thin Lizzy song is [i]Whiskey in a Jar[/i]. But, God, it's so hard to choose! I'm not sure I can pick a favorite album, though.

I (obviously) love Dylan. One of my favorite, absolutely. I confess. I have a problem. Every [i]Blonde on Blonde[/i] vinyl record I see, I buy. I don't even know. I should get help. I'm up to, like, nine now. I have 23 Dylan albums in total.

My music range is huge, too. Some ones that stand out at the moment are: Pink Floyd (mostly the Barrett era, though I like Roger Water's solo material very much), The New York Dolls, Woody Guthrie, The Black Crowes, Johnny Thunders' solo stuff, Guns N' Roses, The Stones, Sinatra, Bowie, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, The Traveling Wilburys, and many that I can't think of right now.

(I saw your reply to my post in the Unpopular Opinion Forum, and wanted to respond to it, but it kind of was offtopic to the Forum requirements, so I decided to do it here, if that's alright. :)

Aerosmith wasn't 80's, at least I don't consider them to be, though they did release material then, they weren't the offspring of hairmetal of whatever. I just think Steven Tyler has an average voice, though, I admit, he has fantastic range (obviously). The tone just is boring and uninteresting to me, that's all. And a lot of their song just rub me the wrong way. I don't know. Not really my thing, I guess.

Bon Jovi is a whole different story, though. For me, they are the number one stereotypical cheesy 1980's hair-metal band. Everything they did was cheesy. I think watching their music videos or listening to [i]Livin' on a Prayer[/i] will confirm this theory.

Oh God. I'm overjoyed to finally meet someone who knows who Bon Scott is! This it too cool. Though I love Brian Johnson, I just can't even begin to compare him to Scott's singing ability. It isn't really fair or possible.

I like a lot of Thin Lizzy's stuff. Do you have a favorite album?

I have to disagree, though, about disliking the 1980's. Though the 80's produced a lot of shoddy acts, their are some real jewels in it. Same with the 70's. xD

Ah. This is fucking long. I'm just really excited to find someone who shares similar music tastes. It's hard to find on Mibba when the majority aren't into things past the 90's..

I use folk loosely, as there are so many subgenres, old and new wave, that I enjoy. I've gotten into it really hardcore in the past two years, that and psychedelic bluegrass.

Needless to say, not too many people I meet like my stuff. I like anything from Neutral Milk Hotel to Bob Dylan to Hayes Carll (my personal addiction right now. I GOT TO MEET HIM JUST RECENTLY IN TX), Doc Watson, Great American Taxi, Yonder Mountain String Band (they are a bit more bluegrass), and any and all things Irish folk. its a really long list xD. My answer would be practically anything.

Wow, I haven't talked to you in a while! I've just been really busy with all these freaking end of the year projects.
Thats alot....wow. My music would only go on for about two weeks.
You should start getting music in other languages. Like song you know, but in different languages or something. OH, heres one more song to add to your list. It's in Chinese, but it's literally the cutest song I've ever heard in my whole life. Its called "Dui Mian De Nu Hai Kan Guo Lai, by Ryan Dunn. If you need the english translation just go to google translate.

I just woke up from a long weekend at Riverfest. Which is basically a weekend of lots of bands and stuff coming to Arkansas. Its kind of likr the fair, but without rides and with bands. The bands playing thisd year were: Blue October, Papa Roach, Barenaked Ladies, Nelly, Mike Posner, and The Charlie Daniels Band.
I saw Dan there. It was pretty cool. He was with his friend, I think things will be ok between us. I mean the summer apart will be a good thing. I'll have time to get over him. He usually goes and sees his dad in South Dakota during the summer. And next year, we're not gonna have a single class together so that'll be nice. I;m just tired of feeling like shit everytime we talk because I know it will never happen.

And yeah, I hate when people aren't up front about how they feel about you. Like that guy I was talking to you about. I straight up told him that I liked him. He said he wasnt into me. I'm not really into downloading stuff. I'm really hesitant about it because I destroyed a family computer with a virus because I was downloading the movie Juno off the internet. It super crashed it. So since then, I stick to downloading songs and the latest version of iTunes. XD I let my friend Colin handle all that other stuff!

My friends were really sad that I didnt make it. They made a really big deal outta it. It kinda made me feel good that they wanted me in that class so badly XD. It made me feel less like a talentless bafoon. But my friend Allie has persuaded me to take AP Drawing now, so we'll see how that pans out...

The other day I was at Camryn's aunt house for her cousins's 22nd birthday and her boyfriends name is Daniel (the guy I likes name) I had forgotten about this, and I was actually texting Daniel, (which isn't a common occurance) so her aunt was like "Daniel!" when he came in and I did this like homounogous twitch thing where I jumped a little because I thought he was here, (which would have been totally bizzare) then about halfway through I was like 'shit, duh he's not here, quick try and play it off" Needless to say i failed and Cam, tut-tutted at me the rest of the night.

I didn't get into Senior Studio...
And I'm not okay with it. I'm seriously pretty depressed about it. My Senior year is going to suck now, because all I'm gonna hear about next year is how great and fun it is.
I'm just in a really shitty mood now. I just want to cry. And cry and cry. And I hate crying. Not only did I not make it into Senior Studio, I fully realized today that the guy I'm interested in, will never feel the same about me, no matter how much effort I put in to look nice on days we have classes together, no matter how many funny jokes I tell, or how hard I try. I'm going to be alone forever.

Sorry it took so long to write back, spring break was hectic. Not that I did anything, I just never found time to sit and actually write. IF i'm gonna sit and write, I need at least 20 minutes of time sketched out. I dont know why though, it's weird. I think I'm paranoid that if I start and dont finish, my computer will delete the note again XD
I am currently painting, or rather fixing all the art work from the nine weeks. I procrastinate, alot. So as a result, my art work for class is usually, not...good. But I want to get into Senior Studio (a higher level art class that you have to audition for) of course I procrastinated on that too, and it was shitty, so the teacher said I had to show her some more of my work. Thats why I'm perfecting it. And my friend Allie, the art guru, gave me tips on what I need to do on each painting. My back hurts and I want to kill myself for waiting this long to do it.

Oh my. I'm like that too with stories. I keep revising, but I figured out why the other day. It's because I like buying new notebooks and starting over on a fresh page. Like four or five years ago, when I started writing, we didnt have a computer, so I had to kick it old school and use pen and paper. I continued to do this even after we got a computer so I could take it everywhere and write. So I would keep starting over and over and over. I swear I have like six versions if this one really long story where my best friend turns into a vampire...-facepalm- Don't judge me XD, I was like 14. Which was three years ago...ouch. I got about halfway through it, altogether.
Haha! I wish that would happen to be! In the sixth grade we had to write a one page paper on something in history. It was my first one-pager and I was freaking out. I wrote like super humongous and had like 1-inch margins, and used looked up super long synonyms to words like "discovered." Anyway, the teacher was appaled by the quality of our papers as a whole, and decided to display the best paper, and like five of the worst. The one that was mine, he said was the worst of them all. I don't think I've ever been more embarrased. He didn't name names, but since I turned like brick red, and shriveled in my seat everyone knew it was mine...
I had the worst day-before-spring-break. Everything was due that day, and the world was not in sync with me at all. I almost threw hands with like 10 people.
Well, I have to stop prcrastinating if I want to go to bed at a decent hour!

And thats a normal dream?!? Thats crazy. But awesome. I once had a dream about alien baby's being bred from my friends hair. Every strand of her hair contained 20,000 alien babies. So since then whenever I pick her hair off of her clothes or off my clothes for that matter I'll go "20,00 alien babies, 40,000 alien babies..."
And I hear ya. I dont have the attention span to write period. No, actually its just the fact that I cant stay commited to anything XD
I hate when that happens...when your expecting a high grade and then you end up like failing or something. I That happend to me Tuesday. I got my research paper back. I was expecting an A. Because, honestly I cant remember the last time I received anything less than a A on a paper. Because writing is my strong suit. I'm not being conceited or anything, but thats just the way its been! I got a C, of course. But honestly, my heart was not in that paper, and I did it in one night... But still. I dont get C's on papers.

Thats a super weird dream o.O. My dreams are semi-weird but with a reality sense to it. Kind of like Alice in Wonderland. And they reflect what I'm feeling at the moment most of the time. But I'm starting to remember them less and less and that upsets me!
