About Me

First, about my story:
"Syrin" is a high fantasy piece about a girl who meets a legendary assassin, but doesn't know who he truly is. Kadri travels across the kingdom and ends up having to defend her friend against all of those that wish he was dead. So yeah. Enjoy.

So. About me. Uhm... I have ten fingers, I wear clothes, I live in a house, I eat food and I can read.

You're complaining, I can feel it through the inter-webs. That, or you're chuckling, it's hard to tell.

That's about me, so with that out of the way, here's a little bit about who I am:
First, foremost, and more important that anything else, I'm a daughter of the Risen King. I love Jesus with all I am. He's saved my life, purchased my afterlife, and been a better friend than anyone anywhere. I would do anything for him. A lot of the time, that means using the gifts he has given me.
Here's some more about who I am:
I'm a writer. I love to write, I love words, I love stories, I love it all. I'm an artist, and I love charcoal and paint and ink and everything. All of those lovely pictures up top? Those are mine. Yup! I made them. My favorite is the solemn guy, which is made completely out of words. That's actually Milo from Wildgreenskittle's story Ryvule. Unfortunately, she decided to disappear. Still waiting to see her stuff in Borders...
I love music. Some of my favorites are Jamie Grave, Jesus Culture, Skillet, Superchick, Uhmmm.... Yeah.
I want to publish a book. I want to work in youth ministries. Really, I'm out to make a difference. Too few people truly live. They're caught up with what everyone else is doing or thinking to realize they haven't touched what it means to live. I want to change that. We could change the world, we could change everything the world believes about us.... We could change everything.

That's all I got...

Just because I love this, it stays! What's my cup of tea, you may ask? Well, that's simple. "My" is a form of the possessive case of I, implying that whatever follows belongs to me. "cup" is a small, open container made of china, glass, metal, etc., usually having a handle and used chiefly as a receptable from which to drink a variety of substances. "of" is a preposition used to indicate material, component parts, substance, or contents. In this case, implying "filled with." "Tea" is the beverage prepared by the infusion of the dried and prepared leaves of a shrub, Camellia sinensis, in hot water. My cup of tea is the open container used as a receptable from which to drink filled with a beverage prepared by the infusion of leaves in hot water that belongs to me. Any other questions?

See those nifty pictures up there? Yea, those are mine. I am the original artist of all except the neat little background images. Don't steal, okay? If you do, I'll just have to... send Tesh after you or something.
