Practice makes perfect, so as long as you keep writing you'll definitely get better at it.
And if you're lost on ideas, that's the point of just writing, even if it's crap. You can fix terrible writing, but you can't fix a blank page.

Don't worry about writing crap. Everyone starts out writing crap. Then they get better.
So don't worry about it, write some crap, write even more crap, and get better at writing stories. lol
I mean, I started out writing crap too.

Then, rather then give it a deliberate ending give it some random arbitrary open ending. And write more crappy endings. And then get better after writing more.
Heck, I was terrible at conclusions too, even more so then the other parts of a story. Or an essay. Or any kind of writing.
I'm still bad at them, but I got better.
Because I'm writing crap.
Just better crap.

And don't worry if the short story you wrote reads terrible, you can just improve it, show it to people like me, get feedback, and get better at writing.
It's not that hard. xD
So keep writing, and you'll improve.

Short stories are short because they consist of only 1 chapter. No need to drag things out into multiple chapters, so there's no reason to get stuck xD
