I feel the same! For example: The 10th grade math that I had here, covered things that I already learned in 8th grade.

Oh, I understand. My mom is from Thailand and whenever we went there, it was always so extremely hot.. I don't understand how I survived it every time, haha. And I came home with countless mosquito bites every year.

That's great! This week now is actually my first week of summer break :)

I miss them SO much you know. I discovered that they're coming to Holland on the 18th of August and guess what? Im in the US -.- so im a bit disappointed because probably I wont get the chance to see them in summer.
Then YMAS are coming to italy and I cant see them either because I have exams and Im actually pretty much broke. Im going to see Foo Fighters on the 15th June but I bought the ticket months ago.

Anyway Im ok but tired....I spent a good weekend in Tuscany but then there was a strike of the train service so I had to ask my parents to come and pick me up pretty much far from where I live and I got home at midnight.
It was AWFUL.
Then I have two exams in june/july at college. it's a busy month!!!

Im glad you had fun at the maine show, but I was sure of it. I mean they're the best :)

Also, is it just me, or does the word prom look an awful lot like porn from a distance? Maybe my mind is just warped... haha. ♥

Ahh, my prom was awful. How was yours? Maybe proms are better in America, but I don't really think they're that much of a big deal over here anymore.
I'd love to do an around the states trip of America. My friend is doing one right now, and he's in Texas now actually. He said that America is like a completely different world to here, and then the Southern states are different all together again, haha. But then, we're full of English stereotypes about America over here, so it's probably not very accurate. :P

It's the first time I went on my own :) Last year I've been to the Netherlands with my class for a week where I lived with a guy who came back to Germany to my house, after I lived at his house for a week. And each one of my classmates had their own exchange student :p Not really learned.. but I definitely improved and broadened my knowledge, you know? I didn't really know how to put it, haha.
And yes, it is a lot easier!

I have the same problem.. or when people start off their sentences the same way every time. "Then this happened.. then that happened.. and then this happened" and so on!

eh, ive been waiting too. I cant wait to know if they're playing this summer so I can maybe...see them again? I really miss them! it's so unreal how much a band can affect you. but that's what the maine did to me!:P

I'm an exchange student so I'm pretty much just here for school and stuff, you know :p It is sort of wasted time to go back to 10th grade but I can't change it, so I'll just go with it. School is actually a lot easier than I thought.. I never had said straight A's in Germany and now I get them with ease.
Don't worry, I'm used to getting a lot of questions about that!

You're wondering if I had a jet lag? I actually didn't, which was strange.. The time difference is 6 hours. The only problem was, that I was tired for a while because I didn't get to sleep on the plane.

Exactly! Especially when they do it on purpose and think it looks cool or special.. that's just simply dumb. Another thing that annoys me when I read stories on here is, when people write reaaally long sentences and don't put any commas in there. It just makes it so much harder to read!

I'm in tenth grade, but since I'm only in the U.S. for one school year and I'll have to go back to Germany in a few weeks, I'll probably have to go to tenth grade again.. My school won't count it as a whole school year, so one year is pretty much lost :/ To be honest, I don't know a lot about U.S. History.. I wish I did though! I only had World History here.

You're probably right! I got so bored of Germany and now I reaaaally miss it after I haven't been there for almost a whole year, I'm excited about going back. It's not like I don't like it here, it's just so different.. I don't know if I could ever get used to that, haha.

Seems like it! It's incredible how I had the best grade in my English/Literature class last semester, even though I'm not even from here, lol. The people here (in my school) have the worst grammar I ever heard, it hurts my ears and every time they say "I got wrote up" I just want to... ugh, you know? :D
