my breakdown. "Minority is about being an individual. It's like you have to sift through the darkness to find your place and be that individual you want to be your entire life.”

Hey, I'm Leanne and I'm 15 years old. I love music - mainly punk rock, but I like many genres. Green Day are my favourite band, if you haven't already worked that out. It's strange but I'm emotionally attached to them, I've spent the most part of my teenage life listening to them - they're older stuff is easy to relate to - they make me smile. I saw Green Day for the first time on the 26th October 2009 at Sheffield Arena, not far from my hometown, Leeds. And it was, by far, the best night of my life. The atmosphere and the thrill of seeing my favourite guys in the whole world have made me ti be sure I shall never forget that night.
Being in a band - much like Paramore or Hey Monday - is a big dream of mine. However, it is only a distant dream. Being a photographer or make-up artists seems the more sensible route for me. Which brings me on to my second passion - art. I do a BTEC in art which means I do four hours of it a week. And I love every minute of it. I also love reading and writing. I've been writing stories for as long as I can remember. I wouldn't mind if you read some of my stuff. A comment or two maybe? :)
