    Everyone's At It: Mental Illness.

    Everyone seems desperate to have a mental illness. How often do we now hear the eagerly spoken words, "I have bi-polar disorder" or ”I feel like I might have this wrong with me…” My entire generation is fast becoming a wave of hypochondriacs, with thousands of young adolescents full of false ideas of mental illness and depression.

    Teenagers Are Not Pieces of Meat

    There is an overbearing message shoved down our throats week in, week out. That constant insistence that you can do better; you must do better. This would be a good message if it was there to encourage and support young people, but instead it often comes off as more of a threat. The great message might as well be simply “failure is not an option.”

    Even though we live in a culture where we can fly through the sky, go deep sea diving and condemn one another, human beings still do not treat each other with full respect. People are judged and admired because of their physical appearance.
