No, it was consensual! No rape this time. It was kind of...okay, have you ever seen The L Word? In the first or second season Jenny's boyfriend leaves her but before she does he comes into her room in the middle of the night and he simply fucks her but is wasn't rape. That's kind of like what happened here. Charlie just fucks her to give her what she wants but Gretchen just lets it happen because she knew that Charlie was hurting. In Gretchen's mind, she knew that Charlie was hurting and stuff but she didn't stop her. So, no, no rape.
