Oh I didn't know it wasn't part of the Olympics! I did my assistant coaching exam where they did aerobic gymnastics, it was really impressive, three girls did a balance like your picture but all on top of each other. Ha the girl on top had to take a running leap to get up and coming down she just jumped straight off, I don't know if I could from that height but I guess she's used to it. Oh and I lover it when they chuck each other about doing somersaults.

I think I'm talking about the right think here lol.

It wasn't anything impressive, just doing a backwards walkover on a bench and my knee cracked: damaged ligament and torn cartilage.

I did exactly the same injury a year or so later in self-defence classes at school, the guy had me in a headlock and tried to trip me up over his knee, and my knee just went crack again. No one else seemed to hear it but it sounded really loud to me. I'll still do a flic on a mat if I want to but I don't like doing anything that requires my knee bending or straightening with all my weight on it. It still creaks louder than the stairs when I walk up and down them lol

I miss doing gymnastics! And I never learnt the two things I really wanted too, :K got injured and now I don't even dare to a backwards walkover (injured knee)

A back drop is a move where when you go up into the air you rotate in a straight shape till your horizontal then before you land on the trampoline bed lift your arms and legs to this kind of position (I'm so amused that I can actually show it using symbols) : o\_/

Not sure if you'll understand that but this sticky uppy things are the arms and legs, the round thing a head and what not....

Yeah, it WAS really scary, but I was kind of a local legend afterwards because I got a ride in an IRA getaway car =D Which counts for something!

Though I must have been limping for about a year afterwards.

Well, if by "OK" you mean I survived then yeah, I was OK lol! I joke about it now, like, but it was still pretty scary.
I got hit in the leg and it went through one knee and into the other =O VERY painful. An IRA man recused me =D That was pretty cool.
