they're all bark and no bite most of the time! just get within ten feet and they run off. they're like those ghetto chicks that are like "HOLD MA EARRINGKS" but don't actually do anything, haha!

it's a double ended sword with her, because she's also a cook. so she'll make something with tons of cheese or cream sometimes and i'm like "next time you call me fat remember this" i swear she does it on purpose to break down my beautiful progress!
ours is used! my mom got it at a yard sale, before that she got one from the penny-saver (or another yard sale, don't remember) but yeah, they're cheap as fack used. they were like $50 or something. maybe $75.
i will never go running, ever, outside. for one, california is hot, i literally live in a Desert. two, i'm pale. three, my legs are naturally thicker so they jiggle. four, the terrain would tire me out a lot quicker. and five, i'm extremely people phobic so just no. nononono. you must live somewhere decent; i would never go for a run early or late. if i ever do it's because i've either taken up martial arts, am carrying a concealed handgun, or have a 400 pound bodyguard with me, haha!
oh, i don't count calories because i tend to get extremely obsessive, i don't eat junk food either. my mom is a health nut, bread is probably the most fattening thing we keep around(it doesn't help that i freaking LOVE bread). all i drink is water with my meals, except breakfast. so i don't drink pop or juice or anything else. i do love chamomile tea though, but my mom says i'll get constipated if i drink too much of it.o:
and i run a little over 2 miles a day, anywhere between 2.8-3.2 miles. i don't run on sundays UNLESS i skipped a day during the week, which is rare. i know what you mean, haha! before i start running i'm like "i'm only doing a mile today" but then i get into it and keep going until it hits about three miles. it has a calorie count too, and, because i'm obsessive, i always make sure i run until i've burned more than 234 calories because i like how 234 looks. :p it takes me about 31 minutes because i usually slow the treadmill down after 234 calories. i run at 5.5mph and slow it down by .5 after i hit 234.
well shit, that's what i did for like two weeks haha and i lost like a pound in a have in those two weeks ;n; okay starting tomorrow i'm starting over. not like, throwing everything away, i'm still gonna keep my running routine and food journal, i mean like the mental type where you just start over you know what i just confused myself ok gonna go lay under a rock.|:
i want to lose 20 pounds soooo baaadddlllyyy but i literally do not know how HOW. i'm 5'2(almost 5'3) and my heaviest was 143lbs. which was when i started the whole weight-loss-journey thing and now i range between 132 and 137 in a matter of days which is probably very bad. o:
