Working at a haunted house pretty much sounds like the greatest thing ever. Congrats on the Actor of the Night award! You must've earned it.

Happy belated birthday! And yeah, I totally know what you mean. I turned seventeen a couple of months ago. But I'm actually moving out this coming February to go to university so, yeah :P

Oh, the old username's coming back shortly. I'm only Dexter.Morgan for Mibbaween! I really like this costume though, I must say. No, I didn't dye my hair, unfortunately, it's been too difficult because I don't see that friend a lot at school anymore as we have no classes together and I decided to take extra classes (sort of, hard to explain if you don't go to school in NZ).
New music I really like this band called EarlyRise. You'd probably like them actually. Otherwise I've been listening to a lot of All Time Low, Breaking Benjamin and A Day to Remember, but none of those are really new.

Writing wise, I've finished I Said I'd Never Leave You, I'm halfway through Lights and I have about three new one-shots up that I don't think you've read - Deterioration, Version 2.4 and Tick, Tick, Tick :) Have a stalk once you've slept, haha. I miss your comments xD

As for the writing, I find writing out a proper plan of the piece you're going to write, as in full plot of what happens in every scene, really helps. I get stuck so often simply because I don't know how to write something, but if I can see it all in front of me in short, I eventually get the rhythm :) Good luck with it all.

That doesn't sound too good, but at least you're sleeping. Stress-induced insomnia is terrible. Speaking of stress, I have my Classics assignment due on Monday and it is MASSIVE and worth so much of my course it's ridiculous. And I know exactly what I'm doing but I'm so worried about not having enough time to finish it. It's gonna leave me no time to do my other schoolwork, let alone my writing.

Oh, and I got picked to write the Mock Assembly script this year! The seniors all put on an assembly for the school where they mock the teachers, assemblies, things during the year and make a video about all the year groups. So excited. And I just bought my ball/prom dress. So much going on here!

I just had my best friend stay for a week so I'm still riding the high from numerous hours playing Sims side by side and not speaking to each other unless it's to quote A Very Potter Sequel XD
Otherwise, I'm going to attempt to use my last week of the holidays to actually do my school work that's due afterwards. Stressful!

I updated ghosties twice which you already know and I'm writing a horror story on the side lol. You should call me cuz i feel like you don't wanna talk to me :( I cut my hair and I have glasses now...

Well, you can feel better about the schoolwork thing now. I'm on my holiday and I've got several assignments due first week back. FML. Like, just when I think I can do early revision for exams and chill out and stuff, yeah. Stupid teachers.

That sucks that you've got writer's block. I've been struggling with it myself the past couple of days, because I'm at that point where I really want to just finish my story, but today I just decided to get out the good ol' paper and pen and write a section and voila! Two thousand words written today I'm so proud of myself.
Seriously though, you'll get over the writer's block eventually. I find fully planning a chapter really helps because you know what you have to write next? Maybe you could try that.

Not too much is up at the moment. I'm quite chilled because I'm (reasonably) on top of my school work, which always relieves the stress, and I've been writing a lot more recently. I mean, there's probably a bunch of stuff I could tell you but at the moment, it doesn't really seem so important.
That's seriously so great you have a job. I'm such a lazy ass. This summer I'm going to have to get a job though, to try and save some money for uni.
And HOLY SHIT you've done a lot! And you've got a lot planned too! It's amazing actually. I don't know many people who do that much when they're on holiday. Seriously, good on you.
I really hope you get to see your grandma though!
