i dont wanna sound like one of those crazy christian people, but getting close to God rly helps, that doesnt mean u have to go to church, just maybe read some of the bible something. It also helped me to focus on my physical health, by eating right, getting exercise (which relieves stress), and getting enough sleep (which helps you sort through past events and levels you emotionally). Family and friends are always good rocks to lean on (unless theyre the problem that is). And, of course, im here for u!!! :D
