Thanks for commenting on my new chapter! I don't know that much about Carcillo, so I was hoping that I wasn't unfairly trashing him. But I needed a villain type and he seemed the most likely.

Toews is slowly making progress. Hopefully for Josey's sake, he moves quicker.

I can't see this fic ending happily for that couple because Jon is really stuck on stupid. I'm hoping that Parise makes an appearance soon.

True, both Josey and Jon are being stupid, although I give the edge to Jon. At least Josey is in touch with what she wants from him.

Thanks! Landy is amazing! I couldn't write about him though until he was named captain and was no longer a rookie. Before that it felt a little creepy/pervy when he was so young. But NHL captain=anything goes I guess!

Yeah, that sex scene is going to be a big deal after all the time that has passed! I felt the same way, that Gabe's first time with Ally had to be written really well because it was so important and everyone had been dying for it.

Thanks for the rec and the comment on my Gabe story! I was please with how that chapter turned out, but it was a lot of work. Taking a bit of a break before the next chapter.

I apologize profusely to anyone waiting for me to update or start something new. I never intended to be absent from writing this long. I didn't feel like writing during the lockout & I'm also working 2 jobs so it's tough to find the time to write. I love writing and I do have every intention of finishing my MDZ story. I also have several story ideas I'd love to work on but it's just a matter of finding the time & motivation.
