Im so sorry to hear that, but also completely annoyed knowing he got away scot-free! And that doesn't make any sense since when is attitude more important and more essential than credibility? That seems completely unfair, I hope karma gets him and your luck turns around soon enough

so i had my last court hearing for unemployment last friday. i got my letter with the officer's decision on saturday and they denied me. he won. BUT what i don't understand is: they say that my testimony was more credible than his... but that i showed a inappropriate attitude toward my manager and that's their reason for denying me.
