See thats the problem with mine, they don't calm down in dark and silence, they get worse. The worst I've had them, the only thing that's aided them is a hot wheat pack on my head and my mum massaging my feet(i shit you not it works). That time was bad, i couldn't even blink without pain.

Awww, yeah I'm alright, currently fighting yet another damn migraine. I swear, my brain hates me.
I need to get Nightmare written, but I just can't get anything more than a paragraph down due to all the damn throbbing ><
A million years later, hooray i can update! lol.
Man i need to sleep this off :(
