Oh shit... it's molly__t@hotmail.com (two underscores. That may be the problem >.<)

Yeah, I know what you mean. But we could just pretend we're on the train going to Hogwarts, then it would all be okay. I'd be all "Where's the candy cart already? I want some Bartie's every flavored beans! Or whatever they are." lol

Damn, I didn't get it either.
    Well, this is useless.

Anyway, she said she's going to ask her mother if she can borrow her car as she does not currently have one. If she can go, she said she'd gladly check us in to any hotel we'd like. :)

She also said it would be better to get a hotel close to where she lives and just take the train to Chicago, but I don't like that idea much.

    PS- That hotel looks perfect.
It says it's within a mile of Downtown Chicago and the Gay and Lesbian area of Chicago as well. That will be cool! So, do you think your mom could call and find out about the underage check in?

Well, I think Harry will end up going to the Weasleys' towards the end of summer, then return to school. I think it's going to be a constant struggle between the Ministry of Magic and the ones who actually have their heads on straight. I know that the pink lady gets sent to the school (I believe to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts) and they don't actually do anything, so Harry stars a practicing thing with his fellow Hogwarts students. I think they later become Dumbledore's Army.

Fred and George Weasley save the day during the O.W.L. testing and I bet eventually they do open their own joke shop.

Luna Lovegood is introduced in this book if I'm not mistaken. So, there's some parts about her, I'm sure.

I think it's in this one that Hermione punches Draco. I can't wait for that scene!

Dumbledore will stop talking to Harry and avoid him at all costs, which upsets Harry greatly, probably even more in the book than in the movie because he feels like Dumbledore's one of the few people he can trust.

Sirius shows Harry his house or something like that. And at the end, Harry must once again face Voldemort. Throughout the book he'll be concerned that he is becoming like him, thus being one of the major internal conflicts, and the major resolution at the end.

    Sirius dies. :'( I'll cry.

All in all I'm pretty excited.

Gr, now I want to start reading it.

I FINISHED THE FOURTH BOOK AND OMMFG!!!

When Moody was all "Arg, I'm a death eater and have deceived everyone," I was freaking out! I was SO MAD cause he was like one of my favorite characters! GR! But then I read the rest, and was a little less mad, although it still wasn't real! Gr!

And then Fudge was all "I do not believe this nonsense even if it has taken place before my very eyes because I'm a prude and can't handle the truth" and I was all :finger: FU!

And then I cried when the Great Hall was decorated with black drapes in honor of Cedric and what Dumbledore said about him. :'( I seriously cried.

Now, as you have suggested, I shall take a couple of days off from reading Harry Potter -no matter how hard it may be as I have the fifth book at hand- and form hypothesizes as to what shall happen next.

PS- I'd like to borrow that book when I'm done with HP.
I was hesitant to post that in the boards because it was almost a one on one conversation. :)

    Yeah.
I talked to Thomas at church tonight.
He used to work for Hyatt; it's a hotel chain across the world.
He said that normally when you check in, they don't check to see if you're 18, at least they never have him, but I still think we should make absolutely sure.
Who knows, sleeping in a cardboard box might be fun.
    lol, not.

All we have to do is call the place and find out.
I'm pretty sure they usually ask for a driver's license, but I could be wrong.

We definitely don't want to be without a place to sleep. Not at all.

Yes, the free bus passes are definitely a plus. Hopefully they're the all access kind where you can go anywhere. If not, we can walk. Everything is within walking distance anyway. It will be a little bit cold though, might even still be snowing up there, so we'll have to pack warm.

I'd love to go to the Art Institute, but since I'm going with the Art Club and you've already been, we probably shouldn't waste our time doing that when we could be doing other things. Sears Tower is very cool. There is all kinds of historical stuff on the wall in the Sky Deck. Then, when you get off the elevator after you've been to the top, you're in the basement where all the stores are. It's where I bought my Chicago purse. ^_^ We'll also have to go shopping as I did not have a chance to go into any stores while I was there before except for a few super markets. lol The Navy Pier sounds very inviting as well. That may be a little bit of a further walk though; I'm not sure. Plus, it may be very cold with the wind from Lake Michigan.

If only it were going to be baseball season. We could catch the Cubs! lol Kidding. I know you wouldn't like that.

Wow, that one person that responded was very rude.
I like the one you chose for the best answer though.
I'm not exactly sure how serious someone would take us if we tried to slip them money to let us in. Our safest bet would be to make absolutely sure that we will be able to check in without a problem before we get there. lol
