:( Perhaps your madre is planning on giving it to you for Christmas? I've heard it's really good. I'll read it after I finish the series.

I've heard the same thing from a few people. Jesse said it took him about an hour after finishing the series to just sit there and put the pieces together. I'm excited, honestly. That's a sign of an excellent book!

He also said that the golden snitch is very important. I don't really know why other than that it wins whoever catches it the Quidditch match. I suppose I shall find out sooner or later though.

I'm almost done with the first book!!!

I'm hoping to read the series over Christmas break, and since I can only borrow one at a time, would you mind me dropping by every now and then to pick up a new book? I also need to get my Japanese stuff. My mom's driving me up a wall about that stuff. XD

She also basically told me that Hedwig dies, even though I didn't ask her. :/
    :(

I'm just going to read silently and not talk to anyone about it anymore. Enough has been revealed to me anyway, but that won't keep me from reading it.

I'm on page 141 of the first book, getting ready to read the article about Gringotts being broken into. I'm hoping to finish sometime tomorrow.

Cat said it took her two and a half months to read the series, but I'm counting on Christmas break to speed things up for me.

I cannot wait for all of the secrets to reveal themselves to me.

I also thought that perhaps Charlie, Ron's older brother, was the one who gave the dragon to Hagrid, but Jesse (Leigh's fiance) corrected me on that as well. I think I shall stop telling people my ideas, accept for you because I know you have too much respect for the books than to ruin them for me. :)

I've been attempting to do so as much as possible, which is a bit more on the easy side seeing has how I haven't seen the movie since I watched it with you. :)

And yes, I did in fact mean Mrs. Figg.
I knew the pink lady's name was Umbridge, but I thought perhaps they were the same person. I can see now that I was wrong. It was simply a hunch due to the cats. lol

I also thought Dumbledore's scar would come into play somewhere throughout the books, but Caitlyn informed me today that it did not.

Cool, meh, I haven't read that many of them - I'll try getting into some.

By the way, I love your profile picture. XD
And your little avatar of Fred & George, them two are adorable.

No I haven't! I put it on my Christmas list. (: Have you read it yet?

    I shall, I shall.

I've been reading it today. I thought for a moment that the horrendous pink lady with the cats might also be Mrs. Higgs (I believe her name is), but Caitlyn said I was wrong. lol

Didn't Dudley have black hair in the movie?

Really? Well you're one up on me - I read it on holiday a few years ago and was like, "Uh! Snape's turned evil - he's been having Dumbledore on this whole time!" LOL.

Wow, I know - I read the first one in 3 hours once. That was in the summer when it rained continiously, so I read the entire series. It took me 16 days, but one day I want to improve that - set a new record for myself.

So yes, I completely agree. It's like a void, Potterverse, and only fans can enter it.... lol.

Thanks for the comment on my news article. I may be biased, but I also agree that the atheists did nothing wrong. It was very difficult to remain objective, haha. :)

    Ah! I know!
Snape's was good, because you saw him for what he really was after Harry collected that memory. He was a brilliant character, because you were constantly debating whether he was good or evil.

Yeah, but Dobby's always gets me. I can keep it together - up until you read what Harry wrote on the grave, "Here lies Dobby, a free elf." GAH.
Aw, and Fred Weasley's as well. Just the bit where it says the 'ghost of his last laugh still etched upon his face', or something of that sort - that gets me every time.

It's a beautifully tragic book, let's put it that way.

I just finished reading the fourth one about five minutes ago, actually, so it's all good. :)

Yeah, I reckon once they get a new album out - the previous ones will be a bit cheaper. Yeah, just rummage around - I'm sure you'll find something. XD

    That's cool.
I cannot wait to read them now.
I watched the trailer four more times last night.
    It looks so amazing.
I want to be lost in the Potter Universe.

Aww, nah - well I only have one. (Favourite Worst Nightmare). I picked it up in the sale for £7 just because my friend and his band covered a few of their tracks and then WHOOO, they soon became my favourite band. :)
Yeah - I Bet You Look is a good one. I'm hopefully getting the album that's on for Christmas, so s'all good.

Uh, I agree completely. I loved the 7th one, because it just answered every single question that was ever on your mind throughout the series. You just felt like a complete mind of knowledge once you put it down. Not to mention, it's so sad. I cried, like, after every single death. I've read it about 4 times since I got it, and still I have to put it down and sob after Dobby dies. :O

lol, Yeah, I've read some interviews about him where he says that. I've also read interviews where they've asked him if he's single, he's said yes, and included that it's not by choice, that it's simply because no girl is interested in going out with him. He says he'd be more than happy to go out with a girl if only she were to ask. :)

Well, looks like she's not going to end up going. She saw it yesterday evening. lol

Also, Cat has a brilliant idea for a little Johnston City Christmas prank. I'm sure she'll tell you all about it. (:

Aye, they do. Do you come to own any of their albums?

And an answer to your earlier question...
    BOOK 7.
    It's gotta be, hasn't it. ;)

    You? :P

    Yep, exactly.
I'm glad you had a good time. It sounds relaxing to get away for a while. (:

And yes, I do quite love his fab hair. :tehe:
I was reading an article about him and he said that he was single and never went out on dates, not because he didn't want to but because no one ever asked him. He said he'd love to go if only someone would ask him. I was all "OMG!" lol

I'm excited about seeing Twilight again to be honest. Actually, I'm not sure if you know who Skye Drummond is? She wants to go see Twilight, but said no one would go with her. I was thinking about inviting her with us, but figured I'd ask you and Cat first.

Aww, thankyou for that! And yes, the Monkeys are pretty fly.
You don't get many on here - so it's great to meet one.

Aw, your profile is great - I suck at writing about myself. I'm glad to see your a HP fan as well. Damn, those books are the cat's pyjamas - easy. I love how you said they're like your marujana. That made me laugh. :)

Hey, it was good. Sometimes I forget how much my family (i.g. my cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.) mean to me, how much I love them. There's times when I want nothing more than to escape, but there are also times when I realize how boring life would be without them, you know? Thanksgiving was spent with my grandparents, Aunt Christina, Uncle Jason, cousins Corbin and Gavin, Aunt Lisa, mom, and dad. Needless to say, everything was about perfect. :) It made me realize that even though I have it hard sometimes, I have a lot to be thankful for.

The food was delicious as well, although the turkey was too dry for my liking.

    How did your Thanksgiving go?
