Reading/Reviewing:
?From now, I'm making an effort to review everything I read. I'm going to try con-crit instead of the whole 'omg! this is awesome! update soon!' thing I usually do. If I can't con-crit, you probably will just get that though, sorry. Also, if I sound like a pretentious jerk when I con-crit, I'm terribly sorry... it just happens (either that or you're too sensitive).
?I love every review I get, but flames are different. Some of them may be amusing, but it kind of makes me sad when someone rips on my work and doesn't offer any advice on how to improve. I work hard on my fics, and I would appreciate it if people constructively criticised my works instead of just flaming.

Beta-Reading:
?I pay attention to how things are written, as well as characterisation, plot holes, and general spelling/grammar mistakes. I offer suggestions that the author does not have to use, and I would not be offended if they chose not to use them. I can also work as a cheerleader and I can encourage you to continue your fic.
?I refuse to beta-read anything Twilight as I loathe the series immensely. Also, Real Person Fiction just squicks me, so I refuse to beta-read those too.
