Ahh...Bogan in England is what we call a Chav. They're pretty much the lowest of the low and the reason for the mass rioting/fires last year in the big cities. Ahh well...each country has it's own crosses to bear eh? :P

I'm exactly half-way through writing my chapter for the co-write and it's TOTALLY LAME. I went back and read what we had so far from the start, so I could try and write something decent. It's failing atm...but when I finish it (hopefully tomorrow) I'll inbox it you on here and you can agree that it's sucky...

Getting sick = not good. You doin' okies now...?

I love blurry photos...in fact any and all photos are good to me :D Things don't have to be crystal clear to be a memory worth having :]

Computers are indeed the devil. Now it's fixed again it's back in my good books :P

Your update was amazing! I will comment either after this is written, or tomorrow when I get online. Whichever my brain decides is the best option...

I need something better than snow right now - not sure what. Maybe a concert...but I've got to pay for my trip to Glasgow this month so I can't afford it :/ Damn.

    Englaaaaand!!!

Cafes with free wifi in Bali FTW.

This'll sound dumb...but what's an Aussie bogan? I feel like I'm missing out on valueable information here :P Stun guns...back room shopping...rice in pineapples...? Bali has it all! I'm glad you had such an immense time there though m'dear...you definitely deserved some epic R&R ^_^

    BEDSOOOOOCKS!! ...that is all.

There was a gurl called Scarlet from London there...? That's pretty cool :D I'm intrigued though - why did the watercress make you think of me? :P

And you have a ton of photos too? That's the sign of a successful trip that is - buttloads of awesomesauce photos :D I can't wait to see them :]

I had my tat coloured in...hurt like HELL but I manned-up and took the pain like a pro ;-D It looks so pretty though, and it's healing quick so I'll take a pic to show you when it's done ^_^ Other than that..not much to report from my end. Our internet died and we had to wait AGES for a new router - and then my computer was killed by windows XP hating me - so that's only just been fixed. I'm painting my ass off right now - and OOH! We FINALLY got snow yesterday. The rest of the country will get it for a while...but we had about 7inches fall saturday afternoon. There's still some now - but this is the first time snow hasn't made me happy :/

...think my brain hurts from the cold :P

I agree it's good that you spoke up. Guess you just have to leave people to make their own mistakes and problems, and be there with cookies for all when stuff falls apart :]

ORANG-UTAN!!!! They always look like the best huggers on nature programmes...as I've already said, I'm tremendously jealous. Free wifi by the pool FTW! And your brother's the socialite at the moment - there's no saying you won't switch social places in the future (me and my sister have done that haha) ^_^

I feel awful for not writing right now :[ I just have so much to do...but I'm enjoying the art side of stuff - and I am constantly thinking of stuff to write in chapters for all my stories and our co-write. You are honestly a saint for putting up with me...

AWSS is fantastic so far...and the fact it's so 'scattered' (as you put it) adds to the sense of upheaval and grief left in legacy from the prequel. It's such a great story so far ^_^

You need to link me that BFMV ep! I haven't heard it, and I totally want to listen to 'Curses' now you've mentioned it as inspiration!!

The redness on the tat is going down lots, so I'll try get a good photo tomorrow for when we next talk to show you :] If a tattoo is overly detailed, or quite big - then you tend to go in for more than one sitting to get it done. Usually it's because so much work has to be done, that doing it all at once would really damage your skin (it's a very violent act after all) and be really difficult to heal properly too. So I've had the black outlines and shading done which took over 2 and a half hours; then when that's healed up (which it's doing quite well really quickly) I go back and get all the colour put in to finish it off. Then that heals and I'm done! :D

My other tats were all single sittings since they were small...and sometimes you can get the whole thing done in one go. It'd be more painful, and as I said - really hard to heal properly. Plus...two sittings is just me getting my tattoo-fill twice without having to pay twice ;-D

I didn't know anything about tats at first either, but the more I read into it the more I love the whole practise. I think I'm officially an addict ^_^

I'm booking the gallery space at the end of the month when I have my deposit money....eeek it's so exciting!!

    xx <3

P.s. I'm glad you liked my 'feedback-essay'...I'm really in love with that last chapter. Honestly, you never fail to amaze and make me proud to knwo you with your writing. <3

For all the stupidity boys seem to provide, I can guarantee that us gurls are just as stupid - so there's no need to over-worry or stress out too much :]

Rather than getting freaked out, just stay calm and relaxed - cause whatever's going to happen will happen regardless of you spazzing or losing sleep or feeling weird. I always tend to embrace the weird stomach feeling you get with this kinda thing...it's definitely something to break up the monotony of the day :P

As for the married and kids bit...whoa there horsey!! :D Slooooow down there...innocent day-dreaming is good, but don't go pinning hopes or properly imagining stuff like that - ruins it slightly for when/if it maybe does happen haha :P And the not-necessarily-attracted thing...they can sometimes be the best. The longest *urgh* 'relationship' *sticks fingers in mouth to mock-gag* I've had was with someone I didn't really fancy to begin with...but then your view changes, and opinions change, and as clichéd as it is - nothing will ever beat an incredible personality...not even looks :]

I'm doing good I guess...painting lots and stuff. I had my tattoo done on Tuesday - well, the first of two sittings for it - and it's SOOOO BEAUTIFUL! I'm going to take a photo to show you tomorrow hopefully, now that the redness is going down quite a lot. Just the black and grey part took over two and a half hours...and the colour part will take just as long (booked in on January 31st for that).

It didn't hurt as bad as I thought, and Paul the tattooist said I was more manly than most of the guys that come in (specially since I didn't have any anaesthetic cream to numb beforehand). When he got to my collarbone, it REALLY killed...but in a great way :D No pain - no gain, right...? Paul seemed to really dig the needle in and I was just smiling away going 'I have to remember every moment of this' ^_^

Other than that, just organising booking the gallery for my exhibition; working on my commissions; and getting the next few exhibition pieces done. I gave my friend his christmas present yesterday and he freakin' loved it (it was a painting of the British band Blur with a quote from his favourite song underneath) - he even sent me a picture of it hung up today!

How are things in Amyland beside all the boy-troubles then...? :]

I love how you make it sound like a bad thing that Grace is stuck with them. XD

Anyway. Could be a couple of days before the next update. Between theater, choir and band I'm gonna have my hands full this week.

Thaaaaaaaaankyouu Amy ^_^ It's weird to think of it like that - almost ridiculous really - that someone is going to pay me to do what I do anyway. Here's hoping it's the start of things to come :D

I drew up the lungs and got them on the canvas way before xmas...but then just couldn't find the motivation to paint them. I have now painted the detail (the veiny/bronchiole parts) and the main flesh/organ colour (which took forever since I needed to paint the detail first, then paint around it). A bit of shadowing detail and then the words painted on top - then it'll be complete ^_^ I want you to be the first to see it when it is of course! :D

Yup...the Nurse Sue one. I'm SO stoked that I have what I name 'birthday butterflies' on a continuous basis haha :P

The remake is great in terms of horror/gore etc - and the soundtrack is awesome too. I firmly love the original though - it has a darker comedic tone with plenty of social commentary and blue-looking zombies :P The story is still set in the mall - but totally different from the remake :]

*Goes and listens to 'Tears Don't Fall' since it's an amazing song and long-overdue for my ears to hear again*

My sleep pattern was fucked up (i.e. what most people consider as 'normal') as well as me not remembering the end of most days over Christmas...

I am currently rectifying that so I can be online more when you are.

    Now for the exciting news...

    I'VE BEEN FUCKING COMMISSIONED!!!! :D :D :D :D

Someone...is actually going to PAY ME...to do pieces of artwork for them!!! :O I'm still kinda in shock if I'm honest...

I'm doing a Frank/Gerard set of portraits for them first (for free since I felt bad they had the most awful christmas and birthday ever, and it was the least I could offer) - and then I'm being paid to finish off the set with Mikey and Ray; as well as then doing a Party Poison/Viva Vengeance (her killjoy name) Killjoy piece for her. I'm nervous about that one...I've never done a KJ piece before :P

I've also been asked to do the cover art/inside art for a mammoth fanbook that is being given to the guys in person; and I'm also possibly doing a piece of art as a banner for an anti-bullying 'Soldiers of The Black Parade' support group. Count in my exhibition work, and various other projects - and I'm a busy bee indeed!

I'm so nervous about it all though...I don't wanna screw up!!

So yeah, there's my news :P How are things with youuuu m'dear?

    xx <3

P.s. Only 7 and a half days 'til tattoo #4. Yeah; I'm kinda good-nervous for that too :P
