Hello everyone!i was hoping to get some helful opinions from yoo guys today....i need to know:should i dye my hair blue/black or should i bleach all my hair and dye it blue??i was asking because i really want to have blue hair but my hair is dark brown so if i wanted to dye it blue i'd have to bleach it but i herd that your hair falls out when you bleach it.... ???? i dont know if thats true but...
