Fer' da ladies: How do you apply your eyeliner? Everybody I know puts it on different..My friend Sydney goes all out with her's. Pencil, liquid, and then dark eyeshadow over it. I, personally, put black pencil on first, then apply black liquid eyeliner on top of that to darken it. And I find that it takes the edge off it, for a softer look.
