Ohh thanks for the comment! You know, ETO is one of the greatest stories around here..is really long and totally worthy of reading...its a great story because of the content and is very well narrated! It's kinda sad that it's not updated more though but i understand that writers have other lives hahaha! Congrats to you!

It's definitely not a problem! I've loved the story from the beginning and I'm glad that you've been able to keep going. The story gets more intense every time you update, you're plots are just as intense and it's all worth the wait. I never know what to expect. I know I don't write much in my comments but I do love it, I just like to write a few words to sum up how I feel :)

And I know what you're getting up. It's hard to say, and it's totally your choice. You kind of already know where I'm leaning. I personally prefer a deeper emotional connection with the characters, and that involves more of those longer, in-depth and descriptive chapters without tons of action. That's not to say you can't have lots of action, but I like the balance you had in the First You Fall. There's a lot of character personality and connection, but you still had good action and even fighting scenes.

I know there's a lot to cover, but I think you should try to keep the flow going as opposed to the choppiness of the last few chapters. You're a good writer, and you should embrace that. Not to be too offensive, but the last few updates seem to drop in skill level, just because there's so much being thrown in. I'm not hating the plot progress, because lord knows there are way too many authors who drag stories out for too long, but I kind of miss the character interaction and narration "voices", if you will.

I know you don't want to go over X amount of chapters, but I'd encourage you not to be restricted by that. Chapters can be extended, made longer if you want, especially with scenes that don't seem to have a natural break. There's nothing wrong with long chapters. It's actually something I myself enjoy more, because it gives me more time and material to immerse myself in, to disappear into and really get involved in the story. Don't be too worried about people not wanting to read it because it's too long either. Excuse is already a sequel. There is the assumption that people have already ready the First You Fall, and therefore you know they're willing/wanting to be reading the story.

Oh my goodness that didn't even occur to me. I'm sorry you're losing subscribers, but I'm definitely not one of them. School and work have just been kicking my ass, so I've been behind on my commenting and what not. I haven't even updated my own story in MONTHS, so I'm pretty sure I'm losing subscribers myself. I also want to apologize for not leaving a really great comment. I know you're looking for useful stuff, but things have just been all over the place for me lately so it was hard just focusing enough to write that. But I'm glad you're continuing.

I didn't get the email for the update just before this last one (I think it's because after X amount of time a story goes under inactive and then the emails don't come or something) so I was actually worried you weren't writing anymore lol. Such a hypocrite though, since my readers are like, wtf to me haha. It just sucks though, since it's like, "Um, no offense but there is a world outside of Mibba and the ones we create..." As awesome as it would be to live in those, we kind of have obligations in real life too. So I'm sad you're losing subscribers, but at least now you know who's going to stick it out with you.

I just read First You Fall, and now I'm a few chapters into Excuse the Obscene, and I just have to stop and tell you - you are officially The Sh*t. *high five* Great plot, great action, great dialogue, great fight scenes, great arguments, great group dynamics, great emotional complexity, great great great. I shall comment once I've read all the chapters, but I just had to stop and give you a pat on the back. *pat*
