Urgh, that kind of sucks! In my School, they normally give people chances but it's rare. This girl who was in the Upper Sixth is now in our year group because she has the potential to improve and she can't be all that dumb if she got into our Sixth Form in the first place because you needed 6 B's at GCSE to do so (or all A's if you were from another School).
Well Keltie said that he cheated because she read one of his text messages but Ryan never told his side of the story. It seemed so over-done on her part to me and she was weeping all over her blog for ages. I don't condone cheating but I believe in "innocent until proven guilty". We can't judge Ryan until we know his side...so I just stay out of it.
You have a twin? That's pretty awesome! I kinda always wanted one... Anyway, that's disgusting! My brother doesn't really throw up when he gets drunk. He just ends up burning himself a lot because he gets hungry and starts cooking stuff in the oven (like freezer food, y'know like fish fingers or whatever) and burns himself on that.
You have to hunt? Man, that sounds stupid. Kids in my School just don't seem to realise that they need to use these toilets, so why trash them? They wouldn't at home, so why do they at School?!
Oh, I was kind of happy that Spelbound won but it was a close call. I couldn't pick a favourite this year!

It really is! Their building is the new Maths and I.T. building and since I do Further Maths, I spend a lot of time in there. Once I went in and all of the toilet seats had the right hinge broken (it was obviously done on purpose). They have to use the toilets so why ruin them?
Btw, do you watch Britian's Got Talent? I was just watching is and some of the stuff on there is so amusing, but amazing! I was so impressed with the dude who swallowed Amanda's ring!

Haha, yeah. It was worse in year 7 because people would spend half the lesson just talking and it took forever for us to get around to listening to the teacher! xD
She got an E, U and A? That's quite a range! Well I think having less than 30% attendance is kind of stupid. No one should bunk off THAT much!
Panic went through a lot of problems and stuff...especially when they split up =/
Haha, I sometimes do that too in public loos, but I think having seen how bad it is with my bro has somehow strengthened me! Haha. Also, my School toilets are disgusting, so I have had to get used to that. The year 8s completely trashed their new building and their toilets when it got opened this year. It got so bad that they locked the toilets there for a week once >.>

We have 8/9 periods, so it's about the same overall... Although I do love it when we have single lessons because you don't really get much work to do in 35mins.
What kind of grades get you thrown out? Ouch! I think my School is meant to be the best Comprehensive in the country or whatever shit they keep telling us, so they are kind of strict about us doing well too =/
Okay, well tell her that I (Angel) say hi! I still love Panic though, but I think most people only go on the Boards because of the people now.
I used to think that I would be like that but since my brother is at Uni and I've seen the state of things, I'm so much more accepting of it. I don't really mind sharing with people because we have to share at School and stuff and my brother's first year accommodation used to have a cleaner, so it wasn't too bad. He seemed to like the people he shared with, so it was all good. Also, I just came home from staying at my brother's house (which he shares with other Uni students) for the weekend, so if I managed to get through that, I think I'll be fine. Seriously, their kitchen is so disgusting and I really didn't want to even go near their toilet :O

Well we normally have doubles so my lessons are normally just longer than a hour.
We have so many rivals around here, but I think that our School does the best out of all of them, hahahah xD We're really competitive!

I think it's interesting but the exams are so stupid sometimes...
My School wouldn't let us go to another School to do a subject because it probably wouldn't fit into our timetable. It's very packed as it is. We have periods of 35mins and I only have 4 frees a week at current (and I use 2 of them to teach, so the other 2 aren't much). The only time you can go to another School is if you do a subject with our brother School because we don't offer things like Computing here, so you have to do it over there and the School provides you taxis to go over there... I think it's hard to get everything to fit in our timetable because they try and let us do whichever subjects we want to but not how many we want to because you HAVE to do a certain number of periods for each course.
Oh, I've heard of Jersey! I used to know this girl on some Panic! at the Disco forums who lived there. It's meant to be kinda nice, right?
'Grosseteste' just puts me off straight away, haha xD

Ahh, I'm the same with Physics. I really honestly think that I hate it but whatever.
I wouldn't be able to do it with my School but I could just teach myself. I'm considering learning Additional Maths now. For a Maths geek like me, that is pure heaven! It would mean that I was studying 18 modules of Maths! Wow ^_^

That sucks then... D: I remember trying that exam near the beginning of the year and it was kind of tough, but I guess I hadn't learnt the stuff at that point. Although the boundaries were decent because I didn't do amazingly well and got an A, which was shocking =/

I kind of have. I've talked about Maths competitions, Maths lectures I went to through NAGTY, how I've tutored Maths, how I'm a Maths prefect, et cetera, but I need to bulk it up and show a personality! The funny thing is that normally I over-write but this time I can't think of anything to write!
I've used that actually! I've also asked my Maths' teachers but they're bias because they all went to Oxford or Cambridge so they're no use, lol xD
Yeah, you're right but it's just a deal we made so that we can sort of leave it to fate (but I'll put the London ones as my bottom choices, hehe). Anyway I don't want to be TOO far away from home and there aren't that many great Maths Unis about... Is Suffex really far from where you live or is it local?

I know! It's ridiculous! Your School does the same Chem course as ours, right? So weren't you guys the first year to try that exam? Apparently it was too hard and they didn't give you enough time so we got 15 extra mins. ^_^

Hehe, maths jokes rule! I once spent half of a Physics lesson just looking up Physics jokes! They're so funny and they make you feel smart because most people don't understand them xD
I wanted to take 7 AS-Levels but it wouldn't fit into my time-table. At the moment, everything only JUST fits in, but I do have to have extra lessons after School so that I have all of my lessons. I could teach myself other AS-Levels because I did that with my GCSEs but I've got too much else to do and I only need 3 good A-Levels for Uni y'know. But wow, your friend did amazingly well! That's incredible! :D
Ahh, I've been trying to write my personal statement and I'm getting nowhere. I have to show how I do Maths in my own time but what can I write? I've only got a few ideas so far =/

Originally I wanted to go to Oxford (it's better than Cambridge at Maths) but I'll have to think about it. The University is academically amazing but I do want to have a life when I go! I think Warwick will be my back-up (it's 3rd best in Maths, after Oxbridge) and my brother goes there so I know it's beautiful and amazing! Also, I have some connection with it because I'm in this academy thing that Warwick Uni used to run so maybe that'll help - I hope. After that, I'm not too sure. My parents said I have to choose at least 2 London ones and the only good ones are Imperial and UCL, but neither appeal to me that much *sigh*

I know it's early, but I need to go to bed now. I have to wake up super early because I help out at a charity shop, so yeah. I'll reply to you tomorrow, okay?

Ahh, the whole UMS system can get really messed up, especially since they keep introducing new exams and need to test them, so sometimes the new exams are too easy or too hard.

I do Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Chemistry and History. I haven't decided if I'm going to drop a subject next year or not. I don't want to but I don't know if I should. I want to do Maths (most likely Pure Maths) at Uni, so History and Chemistry won't be all that relevant, but I enjoy doing them, y'know.
Do you know which Uni you're going to yet? I still need to pick five Universities and I'm struggling with that! D:

It wasn't too bad actually. Half of it seemed to be GCSE standard or below, so I was pleasantly surprised to discover that :D I love it when they do that but that may make the grade boundaries rise, which isn't too good...
I don't know really. It's a Grammar School and they pride themselves on being able to sit down in one sit-in and do the exams in one go. I think the main reason is that they don't want us to have to stop learning half-way through the year and begin revising and then do it again in May because that would take up a lot of time.

Whoo, that's pretty awesome! I hope I don't have to do some re-sits next year though. That would be far too hard for me... Are you re-sitting many? D: At least I'll be allowed to do some January exams next year. The ONLY case in the whole School where you can do exams in January is if you do Further Maths in Upper Sixth and they'll let me take three modules in Jan.
Ooh, so you do English Lit, Art and Maths? That's quite a nice range! :D Did you also do another subject for AS too? I would never be able to handle English because it was always my worst subject, so that's so insanely impressive to me! ^_^
