Okay, I need some help. I live here in Vermont and I am 16. Some of my friends have talked about this 'Independent Living' thing. I have not lived her long, so I do not know much about it. I have tried to do some research about it, like on Google. But I can't find a thing on it. My friends say that you can move out when you are 16, still go to school, have a job and can live out on their own....
