That sounds pretty rad to me. I dig small towns. I live in the capitol of Cali. It's pretty chill here. Beaches, events, free concerts, cool little hipster places. I adore it .
Okay, then you're on the right track! Try and now think of characters and their personalities that'll help with this plot of "real love". What will they look like? Will their appearance and upbringing symbolize something? And their personalities are crucial to help in character development and their relationships with other. Try writing down names first, and then what they'll look like, how they'll act, etc. After you get all of that down, don't forget that family plays an important part to a person. Will they have a loving, caring family? Or one that neglects their feelings in certain ways?
It sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. Having down a certain plot and where you want to go will keep you motivated to complete your story. Try writing your ending first. How do you want the story to end?
Well it seems like you haven't found anything that really inspired you. Something that gets your blood boiling, y'know? Like—for example—something that get my blood boiling is racism. Which is why I currently have 2-3 stories that I'm going strong on about it.
But that's for me. Do you have any ideas of what inspires you to write?
You don't know how flattering it is to receive something like this. <3 I appreciate you so, so much~ And what is it that you need pointers on? Like anything specific?
