I'm only just now replying to comments, figures.
In Natalie's defense, she's trying to do what she thinks is right. To her, it wouldn't have been fair to tell K-man she was pregnant when she knew he'd drop the world for her. Nor would it have been fair to herself because she knew he wasn't the one. Or at least it didn't feel like he was to her.
DUDE WHAT HALLIE WAS SAYING HAD VALUE. It most definitely did, don't even.

Okay, in his defense, she's not telling him. He can' t read her mind. All he knows is that she's been acting weird because of the wedding thing, then they were fine, and then when she found out he was leaving her again, she was acting weird again. He's figuring that it's because she wants him back home and therefore isn't taking much of the situation, because he knows that she's going to miss him because it's always like this to some extent when he leaves. But he does know that something is up from when she asked him to stay, because she never does that. He's just unaware of the reason WHY yet.

Also, Delaney isn't necessarily really close with all of the guys. She's friends with them, but she was only really close to Jared and Garrett, when they...well, yeah, Garrett. That's all I'll say. The point is: the guys don't know all that much about what's going on with her. In general, they didn't know to start with. And Jared doesn't really know. He knows of something, kind of, but not to the extent that Garrett does.
And Hallie knows. Not like Garrett, but she knows plenty to understand.

I know, right? Kman is never NOT a d-bag, idk what I was thinking.
Fun fact, though. I basically had his name be like "Tom" for the longest time because I didn't know who I wanted it to be with, and then at the end I settled with Kman and just replaced it haha.

I would encourage you to knock some sense into Avery (her character has sort of taken on a mind of her own and she's starting to make [i]me[/i] impatient), but you must remember she has a SUPER protective older brother and big vehement Shane (Ross and Adam are both too scrawny to inflict any real damage on you).

God, I so just want to reply to all of that, m'dear. But I can't. So instead I'll just say...

It'll unfold soon enough.

Then you won't be hatin' on Delaney any more and, who knows, maybe you'll no longer feel so sorry for Mr. Babelicious Express.

Hahaha. Well, it's hard to explain. Because, yes, I do not plan to give you the whole story and be like "oh, here's this guy, Ryan, let's hear the story now, okay?" and delve out this big, long narration of who he is, what is his relevance to Garrett and Delaney, why he gets a reaction like that from her, etc. But that doesn't mean that, from what you get know, that you won't be able to understand at least the just of the history. The next about...I don't know, exactly, but a good chunk of the next few are going to have hints about what's going on. Some have better, more clear hints than others, and some don't bring him up at all.

So hold off on the hate long enough for me to do all the explaining I'm willing to do, and if yo' still confused as shit and wanna hate, then you can, kapeesh? haha.

Then I suppose it won't help my case to tell you that, as far as my plans go right now, I never fully explain who Ryan is? Oh well, if I'm already dubbed 'one of the meanest people' than I might as well go all out. Hey, Sarah: I don't actually explain Ryan fully.
That isn't to say he's not going to come up again. Nor does it mean you won't learn a bit more (but just how much? hmmmm) about his existence and, more importantly, relevance.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you'll go crazy. That'll be fairly unfortunate. But, I mean, most writers are a bit crazy anyway, right?
