~My Story~

Hey all, I am Ashleigh but on here I go by LunaNomea. I originally came up with that username a long time ago by combining two moon references together. Obviously we all know what Luna means. Nomea comes from the Greek word meaning New Moon. Nomea might not be the exact word because I can't remember if I had changed the word a little to make it a name. But either way, that is how I came up with it. I am enamored with the moon. : )

I have a lot hobbies and I don't usually do them all at once. I paint, sing, dance, or write. Like a couple months ago my singing muse came along and I sang nonstop. Then I was into dancing. But now I have been inspired to write so that is what I have been doing lately. I am sure I will want to paint soon. I have original works that is not finished but even if it was, I would never place it on the internet. I have had the luxury of people taking my fanfiction stories and posting them as their own to know that I should never put original work on the internet. Not even my poems.

I wrote my first fanfiction when I was a preteen. It was about wrestling because I was hugely into wrestling and I actually wanted to do it professionally. I loved the acting, the choreography, and the work out. I am actually enrolled in a school but I haven't attended since I have graduated from high school. I don't have a way to live down in Georgia so....I am in Virginia for now. Maybe one day.

With that said, the fanfiction I mentioned above I have cleaned up so it doesn't sound completely childish. It could be cheesy at times, so if you read it, please forgive me and my preteenish ways from back then. It's finished, but I haven't published all the chapters to this site yet. I wanted to see if anyone would actually read it first. So if you do, please comment and tell me what you think. It's Mature rated because it has sexual content and language that may not be appropriate for all ages. You don't necessarily have to like wrestling to read it. It's about a woman that has been introduced into the world of a wrestling company and finds herself in a love triangle.

Another fanfiction I have finished and posted to the internet is a Harry Potter based one. I love Severus and the fact that he loved Lily for so long really got me going so I decided to write a oneshot about him. I wrote it when I was in high school and it really is the first fanfiction I successfully wrote after Sparx for Life. It's rated for Mature because I am a romance novelist and I love smutty scenes. Although it's not a particularly happy story. It's about a girl coming to Hogwarts that seems to look just like Lily Evans and how Snape is effected by it. After watching The Big Bang Theory earlier on this year, I became inspired to read lots of fanfictions for it. After that I was inspired to write my own. Even though I love Sheldon and Amy together, I just had to write one with an original character. So I actually wrote and finished this story in a month. It's rated Mature because of sexual content in later chapters. I have only posted a few chapters of this story on here but will update more as time goes on, just like my Sparx for Life one. This story does have a sequel and it will be published as soon as the first one is completely posted. It's about a librarian who moves into the apartment building of the three residents who are stars of the show. After she meets them, she becomes involved with Sheldon. You don't necessarily have to watch the show to enjoy this story. : )

My most recent story is another Harry Potter based fanfiction and it's a short story of some sorts. It's rated PG because it doesn't have any sexual content in it or bad language. I wrote it in a day and less than an hour actually, so it was whim. It's about Remus Lupin and the love life he had in Hogwarts. He is sharing the story with Harry, Hermione, Ron, and Ginny. it's not one of my best stories, but it's a good story nonetheless. I hope you at least the take time out to give it a chance!

Well there you have it. My introduction to me and my stories I have posted on this site. I sincerely hope you enjoy reading my writing and comment to them so I know that you did. Constructive criticism could be helpful since I know I can be redundant at times. I am working on it. I will also be searching for stories of yours on this site as well, since I love to read fanfictions not just write them.
