It's one full story. I believe I have 15 chapter. When I published it on another site I just published them as parts. I've started a second one but that will indeed be another book. I won't post that until I have a few chapters done though. I would hate starting a story I really like only have to wait months for the next chapter.

Hi again, Ryan! I accepted your friend request. If you are looking for proofreaders/betas, we have a thread here that can help with that. Unfortunately, that thread only works decently, instead of fabulously. We are currently brainstorming ideas for getting a better system in place to help writers find betas, but there is nothing concrete being put in place as of yet.

I do have a question about your story. Is it a collection of oneshots? If so, you'd need to post each story separately and then add them all to a collection. The chaptered format is for linear stories (stories that progress from one chapter to the next, following the same plot line).

Just as a helpful FYI, here is our Knowledge Base. There is always a link to it at the bottom of the Mibba page. It contains all of our rules, and some helpful tips for all sorts of subjects. It's a great area of the site to check out!

I'll check out your story. You can subscribe to a user by friending them. This means you get a newsfeed update whenever they post something, but not an alert. To get alerts about comments and updates, you need to subscribe individually to stories or blog posts.

well I have one already. How do you subscribe to people's work? Do you have to do it for each solo item? Like a story and not a blog?

Thank you so much Miz! Yeah I still want to be your friend. I am still trying to figure out this site and having you as a friend would make things a lot easier. A lot of my stories are done in chapters. If you've ever read Robin Hood, where each story is a chapter but could be read separately in any order, that is how I usually write my stuff. If you could help me find a person who would be interested in editing my stuff and giving feedback that would be great.

If it doesn't pertain to the story area, I can either find you an answer or refer you to someone who can answer it for you. Mibba is generally a friendly community, and I truly hope you love it as much as I do!

Secondly, I am more than happy to accept your friend invite if you still wish me to, but I do not do long term editing. I am happy to assist you if you have a short term need, such as you are having problems with a particular grammatical, formatting, or layout issue. Unfortunately, I am just very busy with my staff responsibilities, my responsibilities as a Planner for the Mibba Magazine, and with my own stories. I have been asked by several of my close friends to do beta work for them, and I have had to turn them down as well. I do apologize!
