Well, this chapter was Zack's point of view, so we don't really know what she does and doesn't remember yet. We've got to give her a few minutes to clear her mind and sort through the memories she did get back. /nods.

She is in heat though, yes. Hence Johnny's squirrely behavior and Zack's search for a condom. And, of course, Matt's conversation at the end pretty much confirmed it.

That's certainly a possibility, that Ava was working with Rick in a plot to take down Drake. But it's also completely possible that she was somehow working with Drake, too. Or that it's completely unrelated. Or that she and Rick planned the explosion, and that's how she got out relatively unscathed. It's all possible. (;

Yep! I'm glad you were able to see how major of a change Zack's been through in terms of his trust in Ava; the whole chapter was meant to be a major comparison point for everyone. ^^

Hey there! I'm so sorry for not doing this sooner, but I want to thank you ever so much for all of the lovely comments you've left on chapter nine of my story! I really do appreciate them!

They're definitely cute right now and there certainly will be some kind of hell to pay in the future -- you're very right! Haha, no comment on if Ava will ever get her memory back and what her reaction would be if she did. (; We'll have to wait to see what might happen!

Well, hopefully future chapters will shed some light on why she didn't remember her wolf side and everything... And hopefully future chapters won't contain Brian going on a killing rampage, but who knows? I'm kind of worried about his reaction, too, to be honest. xD

And the guys' reactions are definitely the next big thing to prepare for. It's surely going to hit them hard, but no comment on when it's going to hit them. I'm sure Zacky wants to hide Ava away all for himself for as long as possible.

You're right, obviously: Zack's clearly feeling pretty damn terrible about what happened, but he did leave her there. It was a conscious choice that he can't make up for by just feeling sorry for himself and the world.

Hey, love! I want to thank you so very much for taking the time to comment on the final chapter of What We Left Unsaid! I really, really appreciate you sharing your thoughts and opinions with me!

I know the ending was terribly heartbreaking, and I'm sorry about that, but I'm really glad that you were able to picture each of them when they were speaking (especially because that chapter was almost exclusively dialogue, with very little actual description). Zack's description really got to me, too; I'm glad I wasn't the only one!

And thank you for all of those kind words! It really means the world to me to know that you enjoyed it and found the rollercoaster... exciting instead of sickening. xD

Hopefully I'll be starting to regularly update the sequel sometime in the next few weeks! (:

Just remember that Zacky might very well have been under the impression that she was behind the whole thing. If that was the case, it wouldn't have made sense for him to play along with her, you know? Or, of course, he could just generally be pissed at her. It's a step up from strangling her again, at least. And it's not like he necessarily knew she'd be in legitimate immediate danger. He could have technically assumed she'd at least stay alive.

Drake will reveal his plans at some point, I'm sure. I'll give you a "No Comment" on his behalf at the moment, though. And no, that's not exactly what happened. The noise affected him too; he was on the ground as well. The point where he was standing there was after everyone had gotten back up, after the doors had been opened, and after Matt was holding Brian back. It was very vague, but that was what was meant to be implied.

It'll be up hopefully in just a few minutes! My internet's being a pain in the ass right now, though, so literally every time I click on something it takes five minutes to load, or decide it isn't going to load at all. So..... hopefully soon.

Brian wasn't there -- not for the torture. As Zack said when he explained it to Matt, the only ones that were there when he was tortured were the Rinaldi brothers. Brian (and Ava, for that matter) were around after the fact, at some of the different times when the purebloods would pick fights with Zacky and beat him up. I mean, they'd do that with a bunch of different werewolves, not just Zacky, and it happened often enough that of course Brian and Ava happened to be around some of those times.

I shouldn't keep you waiting for long! The next chapter should definitely be up sometime soon, and then there will be an epilogue, followed by the sequel. (:

I really did appreciate both of your comments on the last two chapters, so thank you so much for taking the time to leave them, even though I was being an awful writer and not taking the time to reply.

I know, I know, this story is pretty full of curve balls, and it's pretty much impossible to have things figured out for longer than a chapter or two. I know, and I'm sorry that it's frustrating, but, hey... at least it's interesting and not predictable. xD

No comment on whether Ava marked Zacky out of spite or out of respect, or, for that matter, out of any other reason. Things should become clearer now in these last few chapters, though, so maybe you'll have a better understanding after the next chapter or two. Or maybe not; who knows with this story?

And I know, Matt seems kind of like an unstable alpha right now, but you just have to understand the pressure he's under, and it's not like he can handle this whole situation in a rational, unbiased way. He's hurting because of this whole ordeal, and that makes it hard for him to act too terribly rationally.

And I'm glad you see that there are multiple sides to every story, but just... don't go and get your hopes up too high. Even when there are multiple stories, there is usually at least an element of truth to them (if not a hell of a lot of truth!). And the thing with Ava that you've got to remember is that she always has something up her sleeve. Matt's made it clear he's always known she kept certain cards in her hand until she absolutely needed to put them in play. No comment on the money! It's definitely there for a reason, but I won't give any hints! (;

There is a time lapse, yes! Chapter 27 left them falling asleep in Ava's bed, but it also was a night that Ava hadn't gone out, only Zacky and the Berrys had. There was a skip of a little bit, partially because how unlikely would it have been for one of the others to just happen to perfectly stumble onto Zack and Ava sleeping together the first time it happened? That's too unrealistic for me. xD
