In 2005, fifteen year old Ashley was raped by juvenile counselor Tony Simmons as he transported her to her court hearing. That day, after suffering through a paralyzing rape in a courthouse elevator, Ashley was sentence to twelve months in prison for filing a falsified police report. In 2010, after pleading guilty to the rape of Ashley and sexual assault of two other young teens, Tony Simmons is being sentenced to only 10 years probation; he'll receive no jail time.
