Since you're a new member, why don't you check out the Knowledge Base where you'll find everything on what is expected when posting something, just the guidelines/rules for posting poems, stories, blogs etc. Also, that is where you can find writing tips, and information on how the story layout editor works, and just all that good stuff!
You can even request a banner, or a layout, for a story if you want one. There is also a place where you can roleplay, or join a writing contest. Mibba also has this cool feature where you can gain feedback on a story called Comment Swap. Just to mention a few things that Mibba has.
