Isn't the legal age without parent permission to get piercings at 18? Or is that just an American thing? B/c when I was sixteen theres no way I could have convinced my parents of that, lol. What was the tounge a bargain for? Yea, haha, my tounge was a what mamma and daddy don't know momma and daddy don't care kinda thing, lol.

I want to get my tragus so bad. I personally couldn't do a nose piercing they don't look right on me well I don't imagine they do. Your lucky. Your parents let you do this before you were 18? My parents would kill me. I mean heck I was 19 and they wanted to kill me for my cartilage and eyebrow, haha. They haven't found out about the tounge yet, yay.

I just wanted to say thanks for my journal comment on the tounge piercing. Your right it didn't hurt. Though dude lied to me. It hurt worse than my eyebrow (he said it was the least painful) he was a liar, lol. Oh yes, ice has become my friend. Oh and btw, I love the your profile; got to love The Dresden Dolls..That song especially. : )

I agree, they take it too far. Like the future teacher in my article, she was of legal age and drinking and got in trouble. That's crazy!

You Diligence can work in two ways. A coach/teacher/school official could make a myspace/facebook and require students to be their friends, and scan their profiles. Or, a school can require students to submit their user name and password to the program and scan them that way.

The Dresden Dolls are love. I'm going to be seeing Mandy for the second time soon. SO EXCITED.
