    Into the Wild

"Two years he walks the earth. No phone, no pool, no pets, no cigarettes. Ultimate freedom. An extremist. An aesthetic voyager whose home is the road. Escaped from Atlanta. Thou shalt not return, 'cause "the West is the best." And now after two rambling years comes the final and greatest adventure. The climactic battle to kill the false being within and victoriously conclude the spiritual pilgrimage. Ten days and nights of freight trains and hitchhiking bring him to the Great White North. No longer to be poisoned by civilization he flees, and walks alone upon the land to become lost in the wild. " - Alexander Supertramp May 1992

  • The Catcher in the Rye

    The Catcher in the Rye

The Catcher in The Rye is different. It is not even like a diary, it's just like that mental monologue, the one you want to just speak out, but you know it makes little sense. Well that is "The Catcher in the Rye." It's all about this character, this guy, who absolutely lacks of reason and direction, and he just talks about it.

    La Nostalgie de Laura Marling

If you open up your little heart, unlock the lock that keeps it dark, find out its just made of tick tack sand, and read a written warning out loud saying "Honey I was never gonna change." Will you wake up in the dark on a Shepperd's Bush Green bench, thinking up and down that you are honest and don't shout? That you are the doll of crossed fingers and new romances, and that you can not swim? This is Laura's nostalgic tale.

    Goya's Ghost

This film is one of the best things I've had the luck to watch lately, and though one would expect that of a Milos Forman's movie, this film is particularly remarkable. I must admit that at first I chose the movie because of Natalie Portamn and Stellan Skarsgard, but I was stunned by their performance and specially Javier Barden's.

  • Heavier Than Heaven - Kurt Cobain's Biography

Heavier Than Heaven - Kurt Cobain's Biography

Heavier Than Heaven is Kurt Cobain's biography told from the point of view of a fan. Though it is a biography, it feels like a novel. Almost each day of his life is perfectly described on the book.
