Hahah, ok then :) What's the boy called? + we could do it that Niamh moves over to America or has recently moved over, that way we can still both write in our Englishes (lol) and the title makes sense as well cos Route 66 is in America isn't it.. eee, we're getting there! :D

Last one it is then, I think that'd be best for an introduction :D Ermm I was thinking Niamh cos it's my favourite girls name (it's Irish) but, I need to check where is it going to be set? Is it gonna be like UK English or USA English? Cos I got a bit of an idea for my first chapter, and I didn't know whether to write Mum or Mom lol ;P

Ok so these are my 4 faves, they are a bit long but bear with me ;P

"Anyway, I keep picturing all these little kids playing some game in this big field of rye and all. Thousands of little kids, and nobody’s around - nobody big, I mean - except me. And I’m standing on the edge of some crazy cliff. What I have to do, I have to catch everybody if they start to go over the cliff - I mean if they’re running and they don’t look where they’re going I have to come out from somewhere and catch them. That’s all I do all day. I’d just be the catcher in the rye and all. I know it’s crazy, but that’s the only thing I’d really like to be." - Holden Caulfield

“Boy, when you’re dead, they really fix you up. I hope to hell when I do die somebody has sense enough to just dump me in the river or something. Anything except sticking me in a goddam cemetery. People coming and putting a bunch of flowers on your stomach on Sunday, and all that crap. Who wants flowers when you’re dead? Nobody.” - Holden Caulfield

“…you’re going to start getting closer and closer - that is, if you want to, and if you look for it and wait for it - to the kind of information that will be very, very dear to your heart. Among other things, you’ll find that you’re not the first person who was ever confused and frightened and even sickened by human behavior. You’re by no means alone on that score, you’ll be excited and stimulated to know. Many, many men have been just as troubled morally and spiritually as you are now. Happily, some of them kept records of their troubles. You’ll learn from them - if you want to. Just as someday, if you have something to offer, someone will learn something from you. It’s a beautiful reciprocal arrangement. And it isn’t education. It’s history. It’s poetry.” - Mr Antolini

“This fall I think you’re riding for—it’s a special kind of fall, a horrible kind. The man falling isn’t permitted to feel or hear himself hit bottom. He just keeps falling and falling. The whole arrangement’s designed for men who, at some time or other in their lives, were looking for something their own environment couldn’t supply them with. Or they thought their own environment couldn’t supply them with. So they gave up looking. They gave it up before they ever really even got started.” - Mr Antolini

They're all from this book The Catcher In The Rye by JD Salinger, its really good have you ever read it? Erm, I like the last 2 best, which one do you think we should use? x

Erm we'll have Route 66 if that's your favourite :) I was thinking California English, but I've seen someone else do a story with that title haha ;P It's funny you should say that about the quotes actually, I've nearly finished The Catcher In The Rye by JD Salinger, and there are some really good quotes in there, so we could use one of those? :) x

Ummmm, okay, I think we should do it from girl + guy POV cos I thought doing 2 girls with different stories would get confusing/complicated but then again they could start completely seperate and then as the story goes on they'll be included in the others POV like without them knowing if you know what i mean. It's up to you :) ahh thinking up characters is the thing im worst at with this :L let me think about it :) x

Oooh, good stuff! :) My exams went okay I think, I get my results on the 24th august. College sent me a letter telling me when I can come and enrol which is good, and i'll start there in September. I have no idea of any storyline or anything, I just have one of those feelings that i wanna write something, i feel really inspired atm, think it was france (and reading Atonement by Ian McEwan whilst I was there) that's done it to me hahaha x
