Aha, I wasn't even trying to make it similar to Sparrow, but you're right, it is. And you can't exactly blame him for it. Wouldn't you be worried, too? I mean, she jumps across a courtyard into a balcony, then jumps over a rail into the sea.
But next chapter will be more of the two of them getting closer. I actually really think you're going to like it.... well, I hope you like it. Amira ends up simply doing instead of thinking and actually admits something big to herself.
I'm more terrified than anything. two exams today and then meeting with my advisor to go over some last minute stuff with an internship I had this semester and I should be free....
But I am super glad that you enjoyed the chapter! I was trying to build things up slowly, without jumping into anything or making it seem to rushed. I'll get more up soon!
