Hey! :D Yeah, I guess things are better. Me and my friends have started going to the mall every friday. I know that's not much different from any other teenager, but, mind you, I used to despise the mall. D< lol, I don't know why either.
But how about you? Everything is good, bad, yes, no?
Haha, sorry I've been forever. I'm going through this downturn stage. Like when I first joined Mibba, I was addicted, but now... I dunno. xP I still like it, but I'm not nearly as active as I used to be. :/

Don't worry. It didn't seem snooty until you pointed out that it [i]could[/i] seem snooty. If that makes sense. Which it probably doesn't... but it's late so you can forgive me.

Tyler is the guy I liked last year. It's actually how we became so close... I kept wanting to ask him out, so I would go to his room to hang out, but I'd chicken out. So the next day, I'd be all, "Today, I'm going to do it." Then chicken out again. Eventually, I gave up and just got into a habit of seeing him/chilling in his room every day. It was kind of funny... one day, I was like, "No. I'm not going to go to his room today. I can have a life without Tyler." He ended up texting me, asking to chill because he missed me. Fun times.

But yeah. He does have a girlfriend (who is actually hilarious and we all love her). The housemate I like is Brendan. But it's not even like... it's just a crush because I'm bored and he's cute. Awesome.

I am also quite proud of you! Good for you/Rebecka! I really hope it works out with this guy... it sounds like she deserves it after all this time!

And not much... finally got past my writer's block with this one story of mine, and now I'm going to head to bed. It's been a productive night. Sort of :) Night!

Aww, you think you're going to have to get your tonsils taken out? I'm sorry to hear that, honey bunny! I had to get mine out a few years ago because they were about half of the size of a kiwifruit, and it was rather painful. Totally worth it, though, I can assure you. :)

My day was horrible. I really don't wanna get into it with anyone, but just know that it was terrible. :(

It's a really good story. Very well written, and you took a cliche idea (ish) and made it something real and interesting. Which isn't easy.

Happy Valentine's day to you too! I'm not really into the day... it all seems kind of pointless to me, to be honest, but I'm also bitter and cynical. But, if you like it, that's cool. Ha ha. it's not all bad... I got a box of Ferrero Rocher chocolates from my mom, so that's pretty sweet.

I wouldn't say that it's "cool" they were in the Holocaust... but don't worry, I know what you mean. Unfortunately, they all passed away when I was still pretty young and didn't fully understand the Holocaust, so I never asked them about it. I mean, I was at the age when I heard "concentration camps" and thought they were fun, like the camps I went to in the summer. So I never got to hear what it was like firsthand... but that's ok.

This Ben guy sounds like a douche... and I hope Natalie's doing ok about that whole thing. It's never easy to hear something like that, never mind from someone you like and supposedly likes you... boys are so stupid.

"Last night" in reference to your post (aka Friday night) was fun. I hung out with a couple of friends at a Tim Horton's near my house (I'm not a cliche Canadian... what are you talking about?) and it was lots of fun. And actual last night, I went to a friend's house and saw a bunch of my friends. And had some really awesome cake! :D

Yeah... I should take a break at some point, but I just don't have the time, you know? :/

It's all weird and complicated. I just... I don't know. For the most part, I really don't believe in a god, but I just don't know. I see the Buddhist teachings, and they kinda make sense to me, but they kinda don't at the same time. I'll have to get back to you on that for a definitive answer.

Anyways, not much has been up with me. I need to get an update out on Story of a Girl this weekend, I need to send of a message composed of pure epic, and two one-shots. Then after that, more one-shots, more updates, school, and the stress continues. Cue enormous sigh.

How'd the paper go? And what did you end up writing about?

Ok. Religion. Here we go.

Religiously, I'm atheist. There are two reasons for this:
1. Some things happened in my childhood that kind of made me realize that if there [i]is[/i] a god, (s)he is cruel with a sick sense of humour, so I'd rather not believe in a god/religion at all.
2. I'm a science girl. Science tells of evolution origins of the earth. There is evidence for it. But that's just me.

However, culturally, I'm Jewish. My whole family is Jewish, and it's how I grew up. The holiday dinners are some of the only times I actually see my cousins and aunts and uncles, the food rocks, and 3 of my grandparents went through the Holocaust, so after all that, just rejecting Judaism after they suffered for it seems like an insult to their memory.

I'm sorry if I offended you with the atheist part of this. That's not my intention. They are just my beliefs. (Don't you love disclaimers?)

I assume that your Catholic, based on your rant about Catholic school on your profile? But is that what you put your faith in?

Ooh, that does sound fun! Aside from the dancing. I suck and therefore hate everything and anything to do with it. :P I'm not really doing anything this weekend, I don't think... Probably gonna call Kyle and see what he's up to, and maybe hang out with him. It's been forever since I've gotten together with Kyle and I miss him. The last time we spoke was last weekend, but that's pretty normal for us - we don't talk like, every day. I wouldn't mind it, but I'm also happy how we are. So, what's cookin', good lookin'?

Whoa, that's kinda stupid! With us, we get like, three or five snow days - I can't remember the exact number - and then days get tacked on to summer vacation, but not spring break or anything. I don't think we get St. Patrick's day off, though. Hmm...

I'm doing alright today. Still stressed, but I'm doing school since I'm oddly in the mood to do some schoolwork, so I'm doing that. I'm hoping to get things done today so I can do some writing. :)

Yeah, I technically relaxed, but not really. Like, I've been stressed and I had to do things over the weekend, just not with friends. I chatted on here, but other than that, stress city, man. :( But it's gonna be okay, so don't worry.

Yay! Snow days are awesome! I don't know how it is for you since we live in different states and you go to a Catholic school, but we usually have to make up the snow days at the end of the year; like, we'll have to stay an extra few days after the intended last day of school and they're called emergency days. Do you have those? I don't know if that made sense, so if you need me to re-explain it for you, I'd be happy to do that. I'm a bit scatterbrained today. :P
