awww thank you, your comment meant so much to me! thats so sweet of you to say - i don't think anyone's ever thanked me for writing before haha <3 i'm so glad that you say it's relatable because that's really important to me with this story - that the reader can find a connection to the characters. i think that because glass cutter has such a simple plot - a small town girl falls in love with the infamous bad boy and develops a whole new outlook on life - offering a realistic relationship between not only the characters but also the characters and the readers is the most important aspect of writing the story. so thank you very, very much for noticing that and even thanking me for that :) <333

And I just saw your profile comment. No worries! It's like I said - I wanted to explain to you exactly why I was telling you that it's amazing, rather than just saying it. But I'm actually really excited about the update! I'm gonna go read it now :)

Thank you for commenting on glass cutter! I really appreciate all your compliments :) maybe the weston family will get what they deserve, but at the same time, you have to keep in mind the "kids" that actually did the vandalizing ;)

I started off with this username on Quizilla years ago and carried it over to here. I think it was inspired by The Artful Dodger in Oliver Twist. He was a great character, I was probably reading the book at the time :) How about you?

seriously! i know i'm an asshole like the majority of the time hahaha and austin carlile, omg <3 he's such an awesome person! i met him at warped tour last summer, and before that, i had never really gotten into of mice and men, but he was just so awesome and the band put on a fantastic set that i couldn't not get into them haha

yeah, i hear ya! it makes me so mad to hear people talking about bring me the horizon like they're a bunch of assholes cause it's like, "no. you haven't met them. you're talking because maybe one or two people you know met them, and they weren't exactly perfect. but are you? didn't think so. fuck off." hahaha they're my favorite band, so i get a little more defensive than i probably should, but still. it's not nice to talk poorly about people, especially when you don't even know them!

    awww, thank you again!
and i know what you mean about meeting the real oliver. he is actually super friendly, though - the whole band is. i met them back in 2010, and they were super chill. oliver was really sweet too! he gave me a fist pound and said he'd give me a hug if security would let him reach over the table haha they were all really appreciative that i actually asked how they were doing, too, and i just remember jona being like, "wow, there's a first!" hahaha
believe it or not, meeting oliver back then has influenced his character in glass cutter now. because he was so kind and sweet, i feel like i sort of owe that to his character, especially after all these nasty rumors circulating around the internet about how he's such an asshole and whatnot.

oh, and i totally don't blame you for being skeptical about a high school romance! i'm the same way haha and i completely understand the description of other fanfiction stories you've given, and i'm so honored that i didn't fall into that cliche category to you :) thank you thank you thank you again!

omg you have no idea how amazing that comment made me feel! i was telling another girl that commented that i try to make glass cutter so that anyone can enjoy reading it, not just avid bring me the horizon / oliver sykes fans. i feel so honored that you wanted to save the last two chapters because there have only been a few stories that i've done that with, and i always envied the authors for that kind of achievement! thank you so so much for all the positive, sincere reinforcement you've given me! that comment made me feel so amazing, thanks again :) <3
