I've only skated like one time maybe so I can only imagine how terrible I would be haha. Yeah, there's something about hockey players when they're out on the ice..

Ohh okay, that's awesome. Yeah, I'm convinced the only way to see a hockey game is to get as close to the glass as possible. I usually sit behind the net that way there's no chance I can get hit with the puck! lol

I actually haven't seen them play this year. I'm a huge Penguins fan so I always go to Tampa to watch them play. I would have loved to watch the 'Hawks play but when they were here, it just didn't work out with my schedule :( I would absolutely love to go to a game in Chicago though!

Ouch. =( But yeah, I definitely believe that you should live with someone for a year or so before you marry them. I can't imagine being comfortable marrying someone I've never lived with. The relationship completely changes when you move in together, and who's to say whether it'll be for the better or worse?

I dug up the thread and read the post. The thing is, I disagreed with it at first, but the "test drive" thing is kind of true. It's the same reason I think, despite old-fashioned opinions, that it's a FANTASTIC idea to live with someone before you marry them. Because you never TRULY know someone until you spend every waking moment with them. And sex is part of that. I think it's a good idea to fully know who you're marrying before you marry them--and that goes for the physical, mental, AND emotional levels.

Yeah, I mean, on that note, there definitely is a difference between making love and fucking, and you can do both with the same person. That's why I say "what sex is like" totally depends on the mood. Which I guess goes back to your analogy. I don't see why you'd get bitched out for the analogy, though. o.0
