lol, i like that. "let me tell you a little secret"
ohhh.
i think its different down here because we live 45 minutes away from henley, the island we hold them at. i know that a lot of smaller crews go, just because it's so close. trust me, our school isnt that great. well, not my boat.
i wasn't in a priority boat though. :P
i was the "primary spare"
and also the only spare...
:P
and that's freaking amazing!
congrats. :DAugust 24th, 2010 at 03:33am -
haha, yeah, sorry.
that sounds awesome!
do a lot of scouts come to regattas where you compete?
because I know we have a fair amount.
I'm not sure if I want to keep rowing after highschool.
I have a feeling I would just get super stressed out and start flaking on things.
btw, did your school go to the CSSRA?August 23rd, 2010 at 04:07am -
kay, cool.
and niceee.
just two more yearssss.
:D
lol, are you planning to row in university?August 21st, 2010 at 11:41pm -
I think junior?
We just call it grade eleven in Canada.
hbu?August 19th, 2010 at 03:45am -
haha, that pretty much sounds like it's only applying to rowing...
that sounds busy and tiring.
:P
ooh, sounds like a plan.
:D
my life's pretty good.
school starts again in 3 weeks though.
which i'm sort of dreading.August 18th, 2010 at 03:54am -

I loved it.
:P

so, how's life?
:DAugust 13th, 2010 at 06:46pm -
Oh, I can definitely understand that.
Especially with rowing.
Which is a leisure time killer for sure.

I imagine it can get pretty frustrating.July 20th, 2010 at 10:50pm -
No problem I don't mind taking time to comment stories that deserve it.
I spread the word aboutyour sory through my next update so I can hopefully send some readers your way =DJuly 20th, 2010 at 04:48am -
that's terrible!
what do you mean by not an "independent team"
BTW, great update.
:DJuly 20th, 2010 at 04:09am -
Lucky!
It sucks to have indoor, because it's a lot different than an actual boat.
We have 23 girls on our team, and roughly the same on the guys.
All the girsl take it seriously, but some of the guys really only use it as crosstraining.
Before I was on the team, our girls team dominated.
Serioiusly, we were second in north america.
then our coach moved to the provinvial level. -.-
but no, i havent heard of it. sounds fun though!
we ALMOSt went to philadalphie but our SUPERGHETTOASS boatclub didnt want to trailer us there.July 20th, 2010 at 03:44am -
that's intense!
it's always hard when you have a small team.
actually, our girls team trains WAY harder than the boys, but the boys team does better.
idk about you, but we really only have about 2 months of onwater training.
for indoor season, we have after school practices monday, tuesday, and thursday from 3 till 5. it's mostly erging. then fridays are from 6 till 7 30 in the morning.
during onwater, we have practice mon to fri 5 till 7 30, then weekends from 6 till 9. the closer we get to schoolboy (CSSRA championships) we start having after school prep. mostly erging or running, sometimes mental.July 19th, 2010 at 11:47pm -
Nah, I just wondered if that was intentional or not.July 19th, 2010 at 07:27pm

no problemo.
and awesome!
i'm definitely planning on continuing it, but it takes up a lot of time.
what's your training program like?July 19th, 2010 at 03:38am -
