Ergh. I wanna save up and get a treadmill so I don't have to go outside to run in this weather. And 112 degrees is ridiculous! It doesn't get that bad down here, I don't think. I avoid paying too much attention to the weather . Makes me feel old. XD Just kidding.
I'm feeling a bit better than yesterday, thank goodness. I've gotta apply for a job today, and a friend of mine that works there said he'd put in a good word for me. :]

I have to say, I like New Perspective better just because it's more original sounding. I fell asleep to it last night. :]
That's why I hate summer here! It's humid and super hot all summer til late September. I always feel gross and sticky.

I was actually being sarcastic, since Krista apparently thinks that I have no idea that it's actually possible for Canada to be warm, hahaha. But I had no idea this was related to the drug war in Mexico. WTF?! Where is the U.S. while all this is going on? You just haul your drugs back and forth like we're not even HERE?! You two slices of bread can't just ignore the yummy contents of your North American Sandwich. It's not right.

THE YOUNG VEINS! They deserve yet another "WTF?!" already. I have not listened to them yet, but their name makes me wary. After the whole cocaine debacle, "The Young Veins" just makes me picture Ryro shooting up. D:

Aww, I'm sorry dear. That sucks! It was only like 80 degrees here today in American temperatures, which is probably like -23 or something to all you Canadian freaks. Who knows.

That said, I heard on the news day that Kentucky was ranked 41st (out of 50) for "overall child safety/well-being" in the U.S. Basically, we're the 9th worst state to raise your kid in. So no, you don't want to be here, actually...hahaha.

I'm okay with change as long as it's for the better. All I know of Ry and Jon's new band is that it's called "The Young Veins". I can't really take that much of a stand on it til I hear one of their songs.

I love working out. Not like the muscle building for those bodybuilders kind of thing, but I could definitely get into yoga and whatnot. And I love running. haha.
Yeah, I understand about being prepared. I've been gearing up for college for ages. I feel fairly prepared, but I'm leaving a little room for a problem or two just because I know I won't have every base covered.

I'm doing alright. Been talking to a very cute boy and found out we have the same tastes in books. And with me being the nonstop reader, that means a lot to me. I actually haven't been able to get ahold of the friend of mine at the bowling alley yet. I might go see her tomorrow if she's at work. Beg for a job. haha.

It's hot in Vancouver?! It's actually COLD here, and I'm like a bajillion miles south of you. WTF?!?

But yeah, it has literally been raining since I woke up this morning around 8 or 9. It's now 7 PM and STILL raining. Uggghhhh.

Aw, haha. I love having friends stop by like that, but it's rare that mine do. Probably because my parents would react the same way as your mom. XD
I'm seeing that guy again tonight if he's not working. A lot of us are gonna hang out, and he's usually there. I hoping he doesn't have to work. haha.

Aw, that sounds like such a good time! :D I'm glad you had fun. It's been a while since I've been to a birthday party, but we had an Independence Day thing at a friend's on the fourth of July. Not quite as fun as yours sounded.
My weekend was good. Today made me feel like such a stalker. There's this guy I've been innocently flirting with since we both know we're just having fun, and I saw him today at his work. I totally forgot he worked at Target, and my dad and I went there today. I was so mortified when he bolted away when he was around. I think we were both a little shocked. XD It's actually kinda funny now that I'm telling someone about it. I'm an accidental stalker. haha.

Mhmm! I dunno, I just have to respect books. I can't even burn one or throw one away. It just seems wrong, even if I don't agree with that book. I'd do something else with it, but not destroy it.

Oh, I know exactly what you mean! I ended up giving the books I've grown out of (Holes, Island of The Blue Dolphins) to my niece. It's not the same as selling them to some stranger I don't know. That kid loves books as much as I do, so I know they'll be well taken care of.
It could only be bad if it was a hot dog cake. Two things that are great separately but not together as one product. Ew.
Speaking of hot dogs, that's what I had for dinner tonight. haha.

Oh, I'm not cleaning for the sake of cleaning. XD My mom wants to have a yard sale next month, so I told her I'd sell all the stuff I'm not using and/or don't need to help out. I've gotta clean to find all of it.

I'm so so glad you're back! And I'm glad you're letting God take the wheel. That's the best decision you could make for yourself, I have to say. I can't even put into words how happy I am that you're in a much better space.
