I have an excuse too though. I took AP english aka that class that gives you so many writing assignments you feel as if your hands will soon fall off.
So we're both on even ground. haha.
Halloween has come and gone :( did you dress up? I did xD they let us wear our costumes at school on the the halloween weekend XD I was a female phantom of the opera. pulled off very very poorly haha.

My, that's pretty cool. I'm not that bad at writing poems for class, but other than that, i'm strictly short stories. Or long stories haha. Too true, I suck at a lot of other things too. Like sports (except swimming), and figureing out electronic devices teehee. Hmmm, i've never met anyone who's said that they suck at common sense....
I think that that would've been one of those special cases where the good of the few was more important than the good of the many. Especially since eardrums were involved! Haha! V would've approved x]

I'm a private person, don't really like to open up to people. I don't even put my real name on sites like this! But i guess i'll have to try and shake the habit when I get into college.
That's a good theory, because there aren't many, well, older aged people on quizilla any more. Not that the younger ones can't write, but all the more experience writers have left or switched to here!

True, it does. Especially if you know people who love to booze it up on the weekends. It causes a lot of tension, so I rarely go all morally superior on them, I just leave 'em be, and refuse to drink with 'em.
Well i'm a straight-edge person, so that's one down I guess. Quite a few of my friends are too, so if you do end up doing that hang-out i'll bring em along, hopefully we'll still check our mibba's haha!
That would be amazing to be in a band. I can play only like...two cords on a guitar, but hey, slow but steady. I've kind of wanted to be a tech girl...that would be a pretty fun job. I hope you find some band-mates :)

Ahhh, you've read the books? -high five- A lot of friends didn't bother. I throughly enjoyed the books :) Anyway, I did think the movie followed the book a little more than the last one. And Idk why the ending kind of flubbed. Maybe you're right. I personally think the next movies will be better since they're splitting them up! My standards are pretty high for them now! haha.

Finally someone understands! Perhaps you can explain to me how the so-called "most popular" stories got that way? Because I can't think of a reason. A few of them are what I call, " diamonds in the rough." (hehehe, thanks Aladdin.) And they aren't bad, but some of them just make me facepalm and worry about the future of writing.

Yeah, my sleeping patterns have been screwed. I've stayed up til about 4 or 5 for the past week. So that's my life haha.
I know what you mean about overthinking stuff. When school's in session you have tons of stuff to keep your thoughts busy, but during summer all you do is sit around and be sitting in the thought clouds. I'm currently an inhabitant of them too haha. But I hope you don't have too many bad things to think about :)
I didn't go to my prom, but i have one more year, so I'll go next year XD I did go to afterprom, now that was excellent XD but our prom didn't live up to what all my friends thought it would be either. The music sucked. That's one of the downsides to going. They definately don't pick the music i like haha.

Yeah, since summer has started i've been on quizilla a lot and all the under 14 year old writers are all writing almost the same thing!! Not that 14 and unders can't write, i've read some good ones, but that's where the majority of the identicalness comes from.

Wow it's been too long since I replied. Sorry about that! My summer started on June third and my life's been a zoo ever since.
So far i've had lots of good times with friends, but now it's winding down a bit. It's kind of nice to be able to just sit and type on my laptop. I haven't been able to do that in quite awhile. It was nice :)
Anyway enough about me haha, how have you been?
I take it prom is over? I'm not sure, are you out of school yet? I have another friend who lives in England and she doesnt get out of school until the end of June. Since it is, you might be out already haha.

Ahhhh yea, it's storm season now in good ol' Illinois. It starts at about mid-may and ends the middle of July. A few weeks ago, it was a whole week of like torrential downpour and the south half of my town was flooded. But we live on a hill so it's all good.
Now, it's just hot. Really hot, like fry bacon on the sidewalk hot.
