You can leave comments without an account too; I've gotten them, and it's nice. Lets people do and say nice things with an account or without. When it comes to reading and writing, AO3 wins to me. Better overall quality, I like the default layout a lot, I like to download PDFs for when I have no Internet access. It's easier to find what I want. What I want is actually there. I will say this, though. AO3 doesn't have Blogs and Forums, but in a way it's a plus; your writing has to stand on its own more, and there aren't posts about "I hate this, this, and this" in stories that can discourage people from posting because of the overall negativity to those posts.

i hesitate to say he's written worse but he's written some other pretty awful things. if you ever go looking around his livejournal there's all sorts of fucked up shit. still love him to death though. also he's not on mibba but he is on tumblr. same username minus the dash.

Tell your friend he has my eternal fear and respect. Mostly fear. Seriously though, he's incredible. Give him cookies.

Your stories are awesome so that's another reason for you not to give up, & they've just put out the AMAZING Sinners Never Sleep!
