The Sens are my local NHL team. (Ottawa Senators) When I cheer for a hockey team I cheer for them. Or the last Canadian team standing in the playoffs. Or who-ever's playing the Leafs. Oooh, we have a HUGE rivalry with the Leafs... (Toronto Maple Leafs) Never walk through downtown Toronto wearing a Sens jersey, especially during playoffs...

Congratulations, and YAY to pasta! Now to go with the pasta, try cooking meatballs. All you have to do for those is add them to some boiling pasta sauce (Ragu is my favourite), and cook them until they taste warm in the middle. We get precooked ones, so all we really have to do is warm them up. Be careful though, boiling tomato paste splatters EVERYWHERE... :D

I now need to go look up HP merchandise, even though all my Christmas presents have been bought already...

Grr. My sister and I traditionally get one BIG gift at christmas from my parents. She got one of the new iPods, and I got a vacuum cleaner for my apartment. Do you think that's fair??

Wow, I am never going to let you cook me dinner :P Try pasta. It's usually pretty easy to cook. What about microwave dinners?

I've got two minifridges if you want one... do you want the one with or without the Sens logo? :D YAY Sens!

Try fotoflexer.com for the picture thing. I've never been there, but I know people (Natasha) who use it to make some AMAZING banners... hmm...I think this is going to spark a round of experiments in Paint...and fotoflicker of course.

Thi-is is an ode to PCs, and de-ath to all Macintoshes... Except singing works a lot better when it's not being typed. I love my toshiba. Though, I sorta like that weird thing all the macs can do, where you see all the open windows stacked on your screen at an angle so you can easily select a new one... if that made sense...

Hmm...list of things to accomplish according to Demetria and Claire:
    1. Steal the film for the next Harry Potter movie. Actually, we should probably copy it, so that we don't give ourselves away when we start gushing about how good it is, but no one else has seen it because we stole it!
    2. Invent sleep teaching.
    3. Pick the ultimate dessert. (I vote for Baclava!)

Lol to the magical entering of information. I'm still waiting for someone to invent learning by osmosis. Unfortunately, I think it may be a while...

Have you read Brave New World? If so, I'm waiting for someone to adapt their sleep-learning to work.

I got my profile pic from Natasha ( another regular poster on my page), and I used Window's Paint to flip the colours. It was fun. My technological know-how greatly increased :D

OOh, Beedle has perfect timing! I just got a Chapters gift card from friends for christmas. Now I know what I'm spending it on :D I'm psyched for that! How well does the hiding the reading book in the textbook work for you? I've pulled that one more than once...except that it only works until your parents try to see what exactly you're studying in your textbook... :(

I have no idea if I get Bravo, but I will definitely be checking Youtube! I have cable, but I don't really watch TV. I'd probably be perfectly happy without our cable. Youtube time...

I don't believe it...I can't find it! I just lost my faith in Youtube... NO!!!!

Apple....pie....oh my goodness. I love it when my family has apple pie, especially since they KNOW I don't like pumpkin pie. Have you ever had one of those apple pies with cinnamon or something added in? Gooey goodness. And with vanilla ice cream melting on top...

Has your dad made any commercials I might have seen? (Keep in mind I live in Canada. That probably affects what commercials we get shown. I really have no idea though.)

Now I need to go add apple pie and vanilla ice cream to the shopping list...

OK, that was slightly random, but it sounds delicious! I'm definitely going to have to try it. My roomies are going to think I'm gross :D But cheese and caramel...ice cream and peanut butter... they sorta follow that rule that if two things taste good by themselves, then they'll taste awesome together. Hunh. I gotta wrap my brain around those now...

WB is in Burbank California. I don't even know where that is, beyond the California part... MAPQUEST!!! It seems to be a suburb of Los Angeles... OK, it's going to take me six hours on a plane to get there. *zzzzzzz*

I wonder, do they film the studio parts in LA, or do they film them at a studio in England because all the actors are from England as well as most of the on-site locations? It seems to me it would make more sense to just film the entire thing in England.

LOL!!! That was awkward but hilarious!

We would get along amazing in our dessert tastes... I am also addicted to chocolate and peanut butter! Caramel too, esp caramilk bars... *drools*

Actually, shortbread cookies with just a sprinkling of finely sliced almonds are really good. That's my only exception to the I hate nuts rule. You should try it.

I think we can find spare uniforms somewhere...we shouldn't actually have to steal clothes someone is wearing... That has the potential to be very gross.

Are you allergic to nuts, or do you just not like them? I'd have to agree with you though - I much prefer Brownies with extra chocolate chips instead of nuts. I'm a chocolate fanatic :D

Unfortunately, I have neither an invisibility cloak, nor a unicorn from which to take hair to make one. I am, however, accustomed to walking around in the pitch black without making much noise. It comes from years of waking up early and leaving for band practice before the rest of my family awakened. Maybe we could put that skill to the use?

And how can we work your noogie-escaping skills into all this? Ooh, can you turn that into noogie-skills and noogie all the guards so we can steal some guard uniforms?

You're welcome for all the comments. I like doing them... it gives me a sense of retroaction. Like I can influence your story a little bit. I actually talk out loud when I read most of the time. Just ask my roomies :P

Thank you for the comments on my stories. I'm glad you got surprised with a bunch of chapters for Home of the Heroes, it's just wierd that it didn't send you an email for the other ones. I'll make sure to put the next chapter out quickly so you can find out if your right about the voice.
Thank you for the support with Boots, Chaps and Cowboy Hats too! I'm glad that at least someone read it, I already have a subscriber! Yay! I didn't get one for Home of the Heroes until the like, 4th chapter!
    Anyways thanks again,
Ps Love the newest chapters of In Too Deep. Please keep updating, I can't wait to see what happens next!

I know! I'm really upset they moved it! I'm guessing a big part of the reason was that they wanted to wait until Twilight was out of the theatres so that they didn't have to compete with each other... Twilight was good, but I would rather have both :(

"There has been an error in your comment. Please try again later"

    What??

    Anyways...
    nifty black outfit- check
    magic broom - still looking
blueprints for the warner bros buiding - check
machine pour jouer le film après de l'avoir volé - um... Do you have a machine pour jouer the big wheels that the films pour les cinémas come on? Et ça va être dans au moins huit parties...we'll need to splice it together.

Weird fact: Because cinemas used to have to splice several rolls of film together to make the entire movie, the filmmakers started putting black ovals in the top right corner of the screen so that the cinema people would know when to change the reel. They still do it. Ever since I found that out, I haven't been able to go see a movie in theatres w/o looking for the black ovals...

I don't actually break bricks, although that would be totally cool. I don't even know how to punch, unfortunately. I do judo, which is a lot like wrestling. Something appropriate to say would be 'kick but'. :D

High school is definitely different from being home school, though I'm not overly familiar with home schooling since I spent my entire life in public schools. In home schooling, I'm under the impression that you can change the time spent on different units to suit your strengths and weaknesses, as long as you get the course done by the end of the year. In public school, you need to balance the strengths and weaknesses of up to thirty different kids. That give you a lot less flexibility on the timeline. You also have to deal with behaviour problems, slow learners, fast learners, skippers, and lots more. Whatever you do, don't take a gifted class in your first five years of teaching! They can be worse than the applied students. (For gr 9/10, we have applied and academic style courses. Applied courses are more hands on and geared towards people who want to go into the trades or to college. Academic courses are more theoretical and geared towards people who want to go to university.)

lol to the TMI! You, and now I as well, definitely did not need to know that! There is no way I'm going to see that show! And did you know that the cure for pdhd is to reread all the books multiple times? And then make yourself a trivia game?

Aww, haha, thank you! Yeah, I'm still looking for those pictures, but I'll try harder now. I'll try to work on them, maybe Wednesday, because I get out of school early that day.
