Is it often one of those "Boy Who Cried Wolf" situations?

That's so scary!
So you guys pretty much always have to be prepared?

The closest I've been to a tornado or a hurricane is a nasty dust storm.
They do a lot of damage sometimes, but they don't scare me nearly as much as a tornado or a hurricane would.
What do you guys do when you get the warning?

Phew, so glad Arizona doesn't get any of those.

Our winter was warmer than usual this year, too.
How odd. I guess it's just been a little warmer for everyone!

Yeah, I don't know how it varies from the west coast to the east.
I'm not really sure if it's even that way with the west coast.
I just know that I can get into an intra-state university without them.

I think it matters more to them if you're from out of state.

Nobody made me and I can still get into the university I want without them. :3

I don't know if I'd ever want to get out of the hot tub if I had one.

I get cold really easily, so I'd definitely benefit from having one.

Statistics is so boring!
I'm taking Business Statistics this semester and it's not that bad.
I think it's mainly because the teacher is cool, though.
It's kind of cool to see different statistical data, but I wouldn't normally bother looking at it unless I had a good reason to.

Oh, right. Duh.
We don't have an indoor pool, so it didn't even cross my mind.
I think I would have flipped out if I'd had to go outside in my bathing suit in cold weather.

I used to work at a market research company.
I just did phone surveys all day long. It was horrible.
By advertising, I mean by coming up with the best way to go about promoting a product, or even coming up with marketing techniques on brochures and stuff!

Yeah, it gets pretty hot here.
I'd prefer that over the cold though.
I can't imagine having to swim in the fall and winter!
I get cold too easily to deal with that.

Real estate is just a stepping stone for me right now.
I actually want to major in marketing when I move up to a university next semester.
I'd like to do advertising, I think.

I haven't gone swimming in sooo long!
You'd think everyone in Arizona would have a pool, but nope.
I'm one of the unfortunate ones.

I work at a real estate office.
I mainly help with rental management, but I'll be getting my real estate license soon.
Then I'll be able to do property management and sales. (:

Nice! What sports do you play?

Classes, mostly. Ugggh.
I've been working, too, so it's been pretty busy for me.
I come home and do homework, and then I stay up late to squeeze some tv time into my day.
