Well this is my first journal and I don't really know what to write so here we go.November 12-08I had a really shitty sleep last night. I had my usual dream and woke up yelling in a cold sweat, dripping in sweat like if I jumped into bed right after having a shower. After I went and had a shower and had another break down and sat in a ball at the bottom of the shower and I couldn’t stop crying...
