Tis understandable. :) Her class is something to do with sexuality I think? I can't remember the name of it, but in the next part of the trimester they have classes on porn where I'm pretty sure they watch snippets of porn in the lectures. Oh yes. Well, we boycotted NZ History in Year 13 so I'm like [i]I may as well learn something[/i], and all of the readings so far are before the 1900s/about the 1830's. Most of the readings are super boring. :/ Uni makes you hungry. It's weird. I have to stock up on snacks so I don't starve. :) Oh well that's handy living there and studying also. :)

Exactly; no classes to break up the day at all. I know what you mean. I spent a lot of time in first year ignoring my readings, and then the same in a couple of my classes last year. But this year, my History seminar's are based off them and my Sociology ones are pretty much the basis for our essays. :/ Oh there are those sometimes amazing readings where you're like [i]why can't all my readings be like this![/i] My flat mate had a few readings on masturbation last week...I think I would rather have those than the readings I have about New Zealand. :/ Haha, or making the mistake of reading while you're hungry so you don't really know what's going on. :/ So you're in a Hall of Residence?

I know right. It's funny when you hear people go [i]thank god it's the weekend![/i] and I'm there like [i]...I've still got work to do in the weekend.[/i] It's taken me two years to get ahead in my readings; I was doing awesome in the first two weeks of this trimester until I read the wrong readings for Sociology. I am now a week or two behind in readings for that class ;) So don't worry! It's hard to make yourself do things for classes. :) Guess you'll just have to live on the fence until you get those results back then ;)

Haha, trying to find papers so they can finish their degree also. :) At least it's your degree, you get to be more cooler than the people who take it as an interest one. :) Well that's good that they're not super hardcore assignments. :) I got my first two research ones during the Easter holidays and they were both due the first Monday back. Worst time of my life. :/ But at least you've kinda got a taste for the assignments though. :)

Oh that's cool. Obvious answer question: she in her first year also? That's pretty cool. :) Anthropology always sounds pretty neat, and linguistics. One of my friends did linguistics as an interest paper in his first year up at Auckland. :) Haha, so being a newbie, had any first assignments yet? Or are they all due after Easter break? I'm in my third year. :)

Haha, they probably are. I wouldn't doubt it at all - the whole of Asia is probably there, and Asia is just full of cardboard cut-outs. :) I'm doing a BA with English Literature, History and Sociology. What about you? What year are you in too?

i just looked through your stories -- i wish i read them earlier. you have a certain kind of something, i can't tell what it is, but it's wonderful and a little frayed at the edges and it shows through your work.
