Same here! I applied to my uni of choice already. I'm also looking for scholarships but most of them seem impossible to achieve (they require high marks which I don't have at the moment, ACK).

But if the story is, say, about Paramore and it's based on one of their songs I'll consider that a bandfic.
But if it's just a love story based on a love song or whatever, it's fine.
