Sounds fairly familiar, in the sense that it's very understandable, and one can relate to it quite easily. There's always going to be people that you would take a bullet for, while you know that they have no problem sticking a knife in your back. It's an inevitability that we all must accept, for the only time people change is when their actions catch up with them in a way that they could never imagine.
